PE personal training

I am 8-8.3 in in length (Bpel) and 5.6in in EG. My goal is 9inches BPenis EnlargementL and 6 inches EG. I have not tried any routines. Any thoughts on a routine without the up use of clamps, pumps, etc... To help achieve these goals? Thanks.
