PE at work

In order to achieve my goal with pe (7´´ NPB), i´m considering trying
some type of Penis Enlargement at my workplace, already doing some PC muscle contraction
exercises (5-10 minutes anywhere), I only have privacy if I go to the
toilet, so exercises should be 5-10 minutes of durations, could go 2-3 times
though.

any ideas

10 minutes 3 times a day is a great amount of time for length work and I think there is other good reason to do it like this. I have always been a fan a an ungodly amount of stretching, most would say I over do it and they may be right. I have not been able to dedicate the time to length work I used to but I opt for a similar workout to your post (Three, 10 minute sessions throughout the day) over doing all of my length work in a single 30 minute session.

A typical workout looks like this:

Bathroom Visit One: Downward Angles
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
x3

Bathroom Visit Two: Outward Angles
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
x3

Bathroom Visit Two: Upward Angles
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
x3

Each session should take about 10 minutes but if they run too long the user could opt to cut down to 2 or 1 set.

    Hi,how do i contact customer service ? I bought everthing 5 days ago and my pump does not hold ..i watched video how to fix it it still doesnot work .im hoping they send me a new one since i save up for 6 months to get it and dont have 40 more dollars to buy a new one ...thats all i need ,thanks ...the sooner the better please ..id like to have better results since im following the programm but have to pump it and lock it every couple of minutes ..
