PE after Prostate Removal

DLD, do you know if it's still ok to do PE after the prostate has been removed? What exercises are recommended or which are to be avoided? Any help you could provide would be appreciated.

I have experience coaching men with this. As long as you are completely healed internally, there's no reason you cannot perform PE. Any PE including hanging weights.

It will be a year next Feb post surgery. I was given a green light by the urologist 3 months no restrictions on lifting weights/ exercise etc. I didn't know if it pertained to PE.
