PC muscle resistence vs. stretching

I just wanted to throw out something I have been thinking about off and on for a while now. While kegeling does make for stronger erections (no doubt), it does so through making the PC muscles stronger. These muscles also instinctively resist any pulling on the cock, which will hinder the ability to really stretch the ligs. Hence the great Reverse Kegel. This exercise consciously counter-acts the natural resistence of these muscles and allows us to really hit the ligs during a stretch-- for briefs periods of time. The fact that were able to get an additional .10" to .25" stretch when we RK is clear proof of the natural tendancy of the PC muscles to resist the pull.

The point I am trying to make is that it seems the best stretching results should come from positions in which the body can be most relaxed while simultaneously pulling on the dick. Positions like the "Between the Cheeks with the foot hooked up there"-- exercise seem to me that they would contribute to a more tense body of muscles overall and therefore render more resistence against the stretch.

This is why, IMO, hanging is generally successful. Usually you can get into a position where you can be relatively comfortable and allow your body to relax, therefore not adding any further muscle tension to that which the PC instinctively applies against the stretch. Eventually through continuous stretching/hanging the PC muscles become fatigued, which allows you to really hit the ligs with full brunt of the stretch-- generally toward the end of the workout.

Another point to this is that perhaps kegels, while a good exercise for penile health, should not be overdone. Additionally, a good muscle relaxer may possibly aid in gains if taken while hanging.

Like I said, this is just my thoughts on the matter. I would love some feedback/input from you guys as to what you think.
