Pain after

Hello , i am uncut as i allready told and from Monday i started to retract my foreskin when i am stretching and i can really feel the ligament stretch but after workout i have a little pain down from my balls , its inside pain , is that normal because of the ligaments or i am doing something wrong :? And do i need t o retract my foreskin when i am jelq or only for stretching :?
 
Not sure about the pain in your balls, but for jelqing: you can hold the skin of your penis at the base or just jelq 'freely', that way your skin will probably go over your glans, but that's fine. I do it as well.
And of course: warm-up every time you are going to work out to avoid most injuries.

All muscles along the abdominal wall to pelvic floor to the rectum. All are interconnected and soreness can manifest itself anywhere along this region of muscles. You may also experience ligamental pain due to stretching, this ends up at the base of the penis at the top side. You may also experience itchiness and stinging along the shaft of the penis, this would be due to Tunica stretch and skin stretch.

Completely normal and most do feel this lig pain when starting out.
 
Sorry i didnt attach any picture for avatar , so do i need to do this for jelqs too or only for stretching . I mean when i jelq do i need to pull back my foreskin or it doesnt matter for jelqs :?

Jelqing is a bit different, you do not need to retract.
