ooops! blood when jelqing?

This is the first time this happen guys. I normally jelq everyday for 20min. So yesturday i was doing a normal routine session and while i was jelqing i looked down at my penis and notice some blood that was coming out of my penis hole. Just a few blood drops, not a whole lot. I stoped jelqing immediately. But it was strange becuase that never happened. I think i had to low of and erection and was jelqing to hard.
I jelq today with no problem. Has anyone ever experience this? I am fine by the way and continuing my routine.

happened to me many times...It happens when you jelq too hard with out warming up, as well as not being conditioned enough to jelq at that intensity. It could also be the pressure of the squeeze and if it is uniform around the shaft.

This should not be a daily event for anyone. Basically you have a tear in your urethra and you are not giving it sufficient time to mend and repair itself. Aggravating it everyday by reopening the tear is just creating nothing but scar tissue. You want to Stretch the tissue(s) and create micro-tears not Shred the tissue(s) and create rips and scars.

For myself, this only occurred when I became impatient and didn't do proper warm-ups before any jelq session. Or I was too aggressive and created too much pressure too fast instead of a slow linear progression.

Part of P.E. is learning about control-damage. Taking it up to the edge in order to achieve proper gains without causing negative permanent damage.
