Okay to take a day off?

Hi all Penis Enlargements!

Right now, I feel a good amount of soreness at my base (both ligs and skin)
I have been doing Penis Enlargement for almost 3 weeks, with no breaks, and I do feel sore now! Not when im just walking around, but when I grab the penis and pull a little bit, its very sore, its not a problem, but is it okay for me to take a day of to heal? Maybe do some jelqs but no stretching?

I usually do a 2.30 hour session, with 600 jelqs and the basic stretches + 30 DLD blasters in total.

What do you think? Is it alright for me to take the day off? Or does the soreness mean, that its now the magic happens if I continue?

you are way over doing it a good routine that works well only has to be 30 mins - 1 hr and taking a day or two break here and there is not going to hurt either. It sounds like you have overdone it, so you need to take a rest for a few days to a week and ice it off and on to heal faster but don't leave ice on too long
 
I also think that you really overworked your dick. I would recommend you at least 1, better 2 days off in a week. This works really fine for me. My dick can relax and also i can do other thinks 2 days a week, cause Penis Enlargement costs a lot of time.
I also think that 2.30 are way to much for a newbie. I made the same mistake, when I started Penis Enlargement. If you do that much, you can easily loose your motivation, because you don't do anything else than Penis Enlargement.

Just my advice...
 
Nah, I don't think you overworked, I think you have trained your penis well. Take a day off when it is too sore to train, it is not a big deal.
 
Well, I will take a day off :)

But, I won't cut down, cause I dont get less motivated at all.. Yes it takes a lot of time, but I just take my time in the night, not a big of a deal.

I know I have strong ligs, because my body is overall strong.. In that way, If I dont work it out enough, I wont gain a thing.
Also, as Ive seen in some other posts, if you have stronger ligs, you gotta work 'em out more to achieve the same results as the counterpart.

But its good to know that I can take a day or two off, and then start it up again :) !
 
i don't think a little soreness is bad... and honestly if you can put in a few hours a day without having any adverse effects on your dick (being limp) then i say put in as many hours as you can...but it is always a good idea to take a day of now and then just to let things heal and adjust...you wouldn't want to work your chest muscle every day without a break...but as for your routine...as long as no injury occurs i say keep at it.
