I've had an odd thought running though my head, recently. Is it possible to enlarge the glans through some sort of cosmetic surgery? like, moving fat from one part of your body into your glans? D= I dunno, my mind is wierd. Doesn't sound safe to me.. and I don't know how permanant a fat injection would be... how it would feel.

I beleive its some kind of silicone? They also use fat injections but neither is something Id put inside of my little guy. Gonna do it all natural.

yes, It's possible to increase the glans via surgery, some typical procedures include: hyaluronic-acid gel which is injected over the entire glans penis (lasts 12-18 months, $1500-$1900), and also alloderm (permanent) is used to increase the glans flare, about 1/3 up the head, typically coupled with girth enhancement surgery.

Usually when surgeons enhance the size and width of a penis they inject fat or use Alloderm (which is harvested from cadavers) to increase the width.
Cosmetically, this procedure seems to work best on those fortunate men with a long slim penis and a naturally flared mushroom glans.
The final result looking OK.
However when the glans penis is "dinky" the increased diameter looks like a baby pig and very odd with a thick base almost tapering to a point ....
I don't think surgeons like to touch the glans because of fear of damaging the nerve endings.
There is also a rich supply of blood vessels to be avoided.
A circumcision increased the size of my already bulbous gland noticeably.
Doctors comment on the size now !
