not received my PF as yet

guys im from india and i ordered my PF on 24 april but still havent receieved it.......i wrote a mail also but got no reply..........
can someone help me out here...

I know they have been taking up to 3 weeks to arrive, not that this will make you feel better. I will have LIGHTNING shoot them an email for you too.

them arriving late didnt make me feel better
but you writing a mail to LIGHNTNING for this did make me feel much better...thanks DLD
should i tell order number to him or something ???

Could you repost that link, it is coming up as gone. I also mentioned to LIGHTNING that you would be sending him a message about this, please send him what is happening along with the page I could not see. The email is supports@gmail.com

it says held by customs.......


then i got mail from shipping manager of malta and i was told to track order here

guys i went to the customs office today and they say they have detained the parcel
i will have to pay custom duty on it which is 28% BLOOODY HELL

is it my duty to make custom ??? isnt it phallsons duty to make the product reach my house ?????
help here guys

I am trying to find out more information of customs. I believe only certain countries do this, we should put together a list. Sorry to hear about your experience.
 
i think countries that barely get supply or demand of these products do this..........they might have stopped becasue they dont know what it is so they detain it for no reason i think....
i think PE devices come under medical equipments in customs right ????

and guys any ideas how should a sendor ensure that customer doesnt have to pay customs......can it go as free sample ?????
 
I've had this problem in the past when I received a Playstation 4 from Switzerland to Nigeria through DHL. I had to pay for custom charges and I finally paid for it. You might be required to pay for this. Let see what happens.

yup but there is high chance i might have to pay half only...i tried to work out a deal with the guy i hope he helps..lol
 
i went to custom office today.....so they did it in 15 % for me.....its kind of a bribe to make the product duty free.........or you pay 30%......im not a bribe kinda person but i dont wanna pay 30% where i can pay 15% .....lol

so they will send it today for courier............

plus DLD someone there gave me tips that if they want it duty free then all you have to do is tell sender to mention marketing sample or gift or something like that which might make it duty free in your country.........

OK, I will get this information to LIGHTNING and our affiliates and see if we can send as a gift. I need to make sure there is no legal responsibilities on our part. I will keep you abreast of my progress.
