Normal Stretching VS V Stretch Style

For years i have only done normal stretching like Up, down, left, right, straight out and a few days of hanging. I have never really tried the style of stretches that is so advocated here like V stretches, A stretches, and using that stretching device that is sold here as well, and DLD sock stretches. Can someone explain to me how these stretches work because i dont understand the point of the Fulcrum point of the other hand or (sock) and how that can aid to gains, versus the normal style of stretching, which gave you better gains
 
The fulcrum allow for a much more intense stretch than your hands alone but if you are getting good gains without the fulcrum do that.
 
i start my stretching routine with 20 minutes of straight out stretching, then i do the A stretch but at the base of my penis and i vary it from straight down, to the left and to the right for 20 minutes and then i go back to straight out stretching and i can go atleast half an inch further out. ive also found that my flaccid hangs a bit lower throughout the day. so the reason i do them is because they give me a more intense stretch.

Exactly. In physics a fulcrum is described as the support, or point of rest, on which a lever turns in moving a body. In the case of Penis Enlargement this "lever" is the point at which much more intensity can be used in any stretch than doing a stretch without the "lever".
