Here are my emails name excluded.


This last email was sent 2 days ago so 11 days no response, this does not inspire confidence in the support I will receive if the product is defective

I may not have that impressive of length but I don't much care. Women have always

put my girth @ 5.7inches. My rod is more of an oval so I think I'm about 2inches wide

Do not fear you will be forgotten by [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], they will do whatever it takes to make you happy. This is a bad time for your issue as most of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] staff is away on May day holiday until Tuesday but I will personally send a message to Agust, our affiliate, so he can deal with this asap.
 
BTW, my suggestion is to go with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] as you are already pushing 6" in girth.
 
Usually they take a little longer when business keeps them away. They have a great company and work all over the world so just be patient and send them a reminder on a regular basis because I always hear the story ending with them taking care of their customer:)

Thanks for ALL the replies, and for the welcome DLD! You know you might not think much of it and it might even sound corny but it actually made me feel special that you would think to say welcome.
I think being the internet, sometimes courtesy goes out the window or is made a low priority. I just wanted to say thanks. I will probably order a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] soon.

Does anyone know if the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] still has valve issues? I've been reading the forums for ~a month maybe more so I'm somewhat familiar with the topics.

Well behind actual product orders and existing customers.

Maybe you should re-send a quick, clean, clear, concise and direct-to-the-point e-mail that'll grab some attention.

They don't answer even queries about orders.I paid them about 2 weeks ago and not even a single reply from them.
 
I don't know who you're talking to, but the guy from the German support (Sid is his name I think) answers even the most stupid questions even though I'm not a customer yet. He misunderstood me once, but it wasn't important, so for me it was definitely a good customer support experience overall.
I'd still really like a model that was between [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words], but I suppose that's not gonna be something the customer support can take care of overnight ;)

You paid 'em...have you received the product? Because if you have it seems like you really don't need the sizing advice you asked for as in your post(s).

Two things I can tell ya with confidence:
1. I'm confused

2. With DLD & Agust on the case you WILL get an answer.

After I made the order, it certainly appeared a page with the order number(IIRC), but I thought I would receive that also as an e-mail(this is the usual case with online orders) so I "x"-ed the page, but I as said this also, I didn't receive a confirmation e mail. I can give you my name via pm , if that helps.

I also tried contacting Agust via his skype id, but his status says "on holliday"

There was no order number on the bank statement? This all sounds so strange as when I order I get a confirmation number and a receipt, with order number on my bank statement or pypal, depending on what I use. Please send me your name and I will track this for you, I am sure they can look it up by your name.

This is NOT a short period of time. The longest any business including a weeked has ever taking to get back to me is MAYBE!!! AS LONG AS 5 days. This is LUDCRIS I'm less irritated at the length of time this is taking than I am flabbergasted that anyone could run a business like this. I have run my own business a small, Technology Based LLP and this is not okay. I find this deeply disheartening as I really do think DLD deserves the percentage he would receive of the sale.



I have not said anything negative up till now but I ERKS ME! I think about If I were DLD putting all this time into the forum and I DO SEE HOW MUCH WORK HE DOES HE POSTS EVERYWHERE!!!!! I understand he is at home a lot because of the issues he has to deal with and as a result he CAN spend that much time on here. However being that he does have to deal with his agoraphobia and likely does not have a regular job, maybe he has disability I don't know, I'm guessing the income he makes here helps him to live. It really bothers me that DLD seems like a genuinely nice guy who cares about people and works hard despite his issues and he deserves every penny he is able to earn. I don't know how to express my disappointed or sadness any better.

Oh I know this is a triple post and I apologize but I can't edit posts here.

As DLD mentioned there is some sort of MAYDAY HOLIDAY but I did email in the middle of April not may.
At the VERY LEAST any company needs an auto responder for all emails to show they were received and
assigned a ticket number. They should also have the email denote they are on holiday and when you can
expect a response back.


When I had my business we changed our voice mail message and our email to auto respond for the all of
one day we took off for Christmas.
 
The reason I stated this may be spam is you have no sent me your name so I can check the order status. There have been a few trolls that have tried to pull this shit so excuse my paranoia. Please send me your name and address through a PM and I will track your order. With all do respect DLD I think this tread has you all turned around.... Which I understand as you are probably in a few thousand threads a day. Let me sum it up for you. Toby50 replied and affirmed that he was having similar issues with quality of service. Alin later replied to this thread and he is the gentleman who has not sent you his relevant information for tracking the order.


My initial and still relevant issue was my concern of placing an order with a company who is not even responsive enough to encourage me to order their product. If they don't respond to people who may spend money how much less likely are they to respond to people after they have their money? If they have your money they already have what they want, they have even less motivation to respond then. You may say business is not done like that, but business is not done by ignoring people who want to spend money.

My subsequent issues are:

- Sizing info. which the vote is in I need a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] < so that issue is done


- My inquiry as to whether or not the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] is still being shipped with valve issues. < this has not been addressed

I am still confused and let me just get this straight so I understand. You HAVE NOT ordered yet and you are waiting to order until? Just please, forget this thread and just simply ask the questions you want answered. This thread has completely and absolutely confused me.
