Hey, I was just wondering if it's okay to do more than one workout in a session after I stretch? For
For say like if I did the standard jelq, would it be okay for me to do the sqeez and maybe one more?

If this is a newbie question, then you must be a beginner. So: just continue doing the basic exercises and don't start with too much. But if you feel your penis is ready for it then you can do more. Btw: stretching is not a necessary warm-up for another work-out. It's a work-out that's good for a warm-up, but many guys do their work-outs seperately. So if you are ready, you can do as many work-outs after your stretching you want to do.

Good luck.

It is fine to experiment and find the exercises that work best for you. Not everyone will have the same reaction to exercises as the next and experimentation is best to personalize.

Thanks alot guys, I just really don't want to over work myself and have an opposite effect of what I want on myself. So to verify, yes it is okay to do several workouts in one session?

Do not go overboard, a solid daily routine will be enough.

Thank you guys. And another thing, could I (after a few weeks) do more than one workout consisting of several workouts in a day? Like do several sessions consisting of several workouts?

Yes, you sure can.

For me, length can be done all day long without over working myself. Girth, on the other hand, I need rest and no more than an hour per day. Everyone is different and you should find your personal limits.

Awsome. And how many days per week should I rest/ take off?

Also up to you and up to your body. Listen to it. Rest days work for me, but they can be useless or even counter-productive for others. I suggest taking at least 1 day of rest every week, especially if you're a beginner.
