Hello mellow fellas.
I started doing this like three weeks ago, exactly actually. I was kinda big from the start, like 8" long and 6" girth at the base. (is that where you measure it?).
anyway, the dick is kinda straight with girth, maybe 5 ½ " at the middle, but i'm searching to gain more girth at the top and at the middle. I don't care for more length at all.
I started with the routine 200 jelqs each day for 10 days. Then i added about 50 more crosslegged jelqs and 50 Uli's.
I would say already first week i noticed the dick was getting bigger. Also i was more erected and always wake up in the morning with a hard one. Also bigger in flaccid state.
I'm an athlete and all my life i been a easy gainer when it comes to work out, so i assume i would be the same here.
So here i am, 3 weeks later, and i'm already bigger. Now i'm writing to get some advices.
1. I have problems with keeping the erection. I usually keep it for 100 jelqs, then i have to jerk it up again. Also before the Uli's and after 30 Uli's. Is this a problem and is there any way to prevent this? I usually start at 90-95% erection.
2. I'm interested in doing some clamping too. Is there any link that describes that techique for me?
3. I do my routine every day. Is this bad? Some say you should pause for a day or two each week. Others might say you should do it twice a day (the Uli's anyway). I feel like i got a decent start here, a good warmup. Now how should i proceed?
Maybe i should let you know also that i usually get red dots. Not too nasty ones though. I work out with skin lotion by the way, it works good.
