I came up with this while trying to measure my bone pressed flaccid stretch today. I found it hard to take that measurement because when i tried to press down the ruler just over the penis and press it to the pubic bone it was hard beacause my ligaments where so stretched out from the body in this position so it stopped when i pressed (this was the ligament parts inside the body part, closest to the pubic bone). In this full stretched out position I could easily feel my ligaments when i put my finger on them.
I then came up with this stretching exercise:
i made a straight out flaccid stretch (just a classic straight out stretch)as far and hard as possible with one hand so my inner ligaments(in the fat pad area) "raised" and were stretched out from my body.
With the other hands thumb I pressed straight down on the outstanding ligaments (the ligs inside the fat pad area, that usually is inside the body) and felt an unbeliveble stretch. (While still holding my straight out stretch hard at the same length with the other hand)
I held this pressdown for about 10 sec x 5 reps.
I just named it "the inside body lig-stretch", describes good how the exercise works.
My ligs are really sore right know just after, feels like some nice length potential in theese!
