How to use
  1. Apply a siliscap to the head of your penis to prevent fluid retention and reduce sensitivity.
  2. Put the head of your penis into the silistretcher,
  3. Unroll the silisleeve over your shaft
  4. Give the silistretcher vacuum knob a couple of twists (clockwise).
  5. Your penis will be safely and securely pulled into the silistretcher.
  6. Begin your session
To release vacuum, give the SiliStretcher vacuum knob a couple twists (counter clockwise).

When you receive your SiliStretcher, you may notice a small amount of translucent lube inside the SiliStretcher vacuum bulb behind the piston. This is a food grade lube that provides years of use and ease of piston motion.

The piston valve is designed to come out for maintenance. If you over extract the piston valve, push it back in with your finger and twist the vacuum knob to re-engage it.

For the most effective vacuum sessions with the SiliStretchers and SiliSleevs, follow this guide below.

Make sure your entire penis is shaved clean of hairs
Hairs will create loss of suction with SiliSleevs and the SiliStretcher .

Make sure your penis is clean, dry and free of oil
If you put lotion on your skin, this will cause loss of grip . Your skin also has a natural oil that can cause loss of grip. Sweat causes loss of grip. We strongly recommend cleaning and drying your penis then using MOSGrip to remove all the natural oils of your skin and create a tack for maximum grip. MOSGrip also helps eliminate sweat under the SIliSleev .

Make sure your SiliSleevs are clean, dried and powdered with MOSGrip
Dirty oily SiliSleevs with pubic hairs in them will cause loss of suction/vacuum /grip . You want to clean your SiliSleevs before each use

Make sure you do not have a pin hole in your SiliSleev from excessive use
Pinholes are easiest to find if you blow up the SiliSleev with a little air from your mouth. Don't blow them up In a big balloon. Pin holes are like a slow leak in a tire.

This really does blow the doors off the Phallosan in intensity and comfort! It also should be said that this can be worn to sleep at night just like the Phallosan. Looking forward to the new reviews coming in.
 
Damn! That piece of gear looks ? the twist to apply suction idea in the bell is genius, you guys have really put some thought into this one ? makes me wish I had of held out and not bought the phallosan a few months ago.

Speaking of which, i am at the end of my 3 month 'trial' of using the phallosan exclusively and was going to post the results in my progress thread but not sure I should now, did you guys have a falling out? I couldn't see the thread for that device anymore.

But once again, big ups to you guys for your creativity and hard work to provide gear that is superior in build and price, making this type of p.e more accessible for all who wish to get the most out of their training ??

Edit: Nvm, just saw the phallosan thread lolz, going blind in my old age.

And we’re just getting started! Over the last six months we’ve been able to replace every single affiliate with their own brand equipment. This is always been my dream and I’m so happy that it is now become a reality. In addition I love the fact that we will be coming out with new items that no one has ever dreamed of before. The brotherhood is the best place it’s ever been and that’s because everybody’s working hard to help each other .

Anyone tried this yet? Can this hanger hold like 20+ lbs. for longer periods of time? I would love to hear some feedback and maybe even see a video of this in action.

I'm becoming more and more intrested in getting a vacuum hanger but I'm just not sure about them yet. LG hanger seems high quality but kind of expensive, and that whole thing about how you have to give an exact measurement or else it won't work sounds stupid as hell. What if you grow out of it? That's like $400 down the drain.

I emailed Phallosan asking them if they have any plans for a vacuum hanger and they said they didn't. Maybe Lightning could start on a Lengthmaster 3.0 that utilizes vacuum hanging. Something that works as good as LG hanger (I assume anyway) but less finicky about the sizing and not as expensive. But also not cheap, if you know what I mean. No cheap parts or materials. Preferably made in US or Europe.

I'm sure it would be a big hit if you could pull it off. Just throwing it out there. I know Lightning's pretty busy but maybe sometime in the future.

We just got them up the other day, so it will be at least a month or so before feedback starts coming in. This is a very durable ADS/hanger and will honestly hang as much weight as your dick can handle. The vacuum system and silisleev combo reaches over 20 in.HG.

The silistretcher vacuum concept is much more reliable than the phallosan or LG as there are no, attachments, connector valves or bulky pumps, air hoses to carry around, break or lose. It's a super simple self contained system that is incredibly effective without the fancy packaging and unnecessary accessories.

Hi...since I came back to MOS after being gone so long there are so many new things I am overloaded to figure them out. I have viewed the Silistretcher and viewed the silisleeve but still don't understand what and how they operate. Please someone jump in and teach me.
 
The size doctor pretty much takes the place of every other extender on the market. It allows for ADS work, vacuum hanging, strapping abilities, traction and other incredible options.

The SiliStretcher is very similar to the Phallosan at a fraction of the cost. It does everything the Phalosan does plus more. Quality surpasses the Phallosan in every way. Can also be used through the night making it a 24 hour device.

SiliSleeves Are our new sleeves that we have come out with that are 100 times better than any sleeve on the market and they serve many purposes mainly pumping, extending and healing and a elongated state.

Mityvac There’s our own personal Hydro pump that does everything the Bathmate does but 10 times better. It allows for seamless Hydro use without any testical suck in issues. It also allows for dry humping for those who are still attempting that.

How many twists of the vacuum knob do you have to use for hanging,is it trial and error,or will it come with a guideline for x amount of weight used when hanging or if its used as a stretcher..I ordered one along with the MityVac pump on Thurs.Can't wait to give both a whirl...

I’m excited for you as this is the first time in our history that we have created all of her own products. The awesome thing we do is we offer a lifetime warranty and lifetime upgrades. Whether you are a novice or an extremist, this is truly a game changer. I have never seen hard-core system that is so simple and fool-proof as the SiliStretcher so simple, a caveman can use it :-) .

The foot print is very small in comparison to other stretchers/hangers on the market and no need to carry around external pumps, vacuum tubes and attachments to attach it to your penis. If you have to take a piss, a coupe twists of the vacuum handle to release it and then a couple twists to apply.

Once we get the traction attachment add-on, its gonna be on.

There is no set amount of turns. As you can see in the video, two full turns creates an excessive vacuum. Everybody has different girths and tolerance levels so each user will find their formula in under 30 seconds or so.

Right on thanks for the info..So 2 full turns creates excessive vacuum.The video threw me off a bit when I saw the knob being twisted more than two turns.

From 0 to 100% you get a maximum of five full rotations of the SiliStretcher vacuum knob. Two and a half rotations will put the vacuum piston at 50% of full intensity which is pretty excessive. So basically two to three twists you will know what intensity works for your application. If you are using SiliStretcher in ADS mode, or light weight hanging, one full rotation will be fine. If you are doing super heavy weight hanging 3-4 rotations will fill the bill.

You can't break it or hurt anything by over twisting the tension knob because we capped the intensity so people can't go overboard.

This is a vacuum hanger/ADS without the bulkiness and external vacuum tube and pump. We make them in house and they are rock solid.

We are working on incorporating traction stretching and a bundle attachment as well. This is the next best thing coming out of MOS.

I have been using a Vachanger3 vacuum hanger since Nov. and have got up to 11.5 lbs with it..I have no Glans cap but use micropore tape to wrap my entire glans when hanging.It works ok,you have to suck out the air from a tube by mouth out of the cylinder not knowing how much hg pressure your taking out.Sometimes if going overboard with the hg pressure you can develop blisters on the urethra opening and lucky I never got any,just some puffiness at the opening is all I ever got..I suppose that if I used a Glans cap with the tape the puffiness would not have happened.The LG hanger people have the same problems if the wrap is not right and too much hg pressure taken out for the weight used.Hope mine comes in the next week so I can retire the Vac3.Willie is getting spoiled indeed !

I'm actually just about ready to invest in an ADS device, and stealth is very important for me. Assuming I can wear it unnoticed and there are no discomfort issues, I could just wear an ADS... well. All day. (drunk)

I'm interested in a product that allows for both the belt thing and also traction stretching. I'm interested in the traction stretcher because I'm under the impression that I'll be able to apply more force with that and also measure and control the force better, compared with strapping to a belt or leg wrap. A couple questions about that:

1) Am I thinking about this correctly? Or can I get plenty of intensity with the leg wrap/belt system, and keep it controlled and consistent?

2) If I get the ADS as it is right now, without waiting for the traction stretcher, will it be easy enough to just buy an upgrade separately? Or should I be patient and wait for the product to be complete if I want that increased capability?

A third, unrelated question:

3) Is the sizedoctor game changer also an MoS product? I'm interested in purchasing the very best product, but it's also a factor if I know how much of the purchase price will go to MoS directly. None of these companies have supported me like MoS has, so there's some brand loyalty there. ;)

Cool cool! So then I'm just unsure about whether to go for a SizeDoctor or the new SiliStretcher. The SS is about to offer traction stretching, so both the SD and SS will have full ADS and hanging capabilities. What's the difference between them? Pluses and minuses to both, or is SS simply an improvement over the SD?

Go for the SiliStretcher and get in as quick as possible before they sell out. We will be building a traction system into the silly SiliStretcher and you will have direct access to. In my opinion it’s just a more functional and usable ADS. He can be worn 24 hours a day if you want and it is so much more than just a ADS work! I think it’s about half the price too!
