Thanks for all the tips..I have been Hanging since Oct last yr and was at 10 lbs with a VacHanger3 before my SiliStretcher arrived..Its a Vacuum hanger so I am used to the weight and Vacuum..I was doing 1 hr straight with the VH3 and I was getting swelling at the glans especially the tip probably due to the straight 1 hr hang..Tomorrow I will start 3 /20 min hangs with 3 to 5 min breaks in between to return circulation like DLD mentioned..One hr hangs were no problem before with the VH3,the swelling started on the glans doing 1hr straight when the weight level reached 8 lbs and up..Under 8 lbs there was No Swelling at all..Just thought to mention that FYI.
Thank you for taking my advice you’re going to definitely see a difference. Please after your first session come back and let us know how things are going. If there’s any other issues will deal with them as they arise. But I think you’re gonna be very happy with this new method.
