It's been 8 weeks since i started my pumping routine . At this moment i pump 1h/day , i stretch 6 sets in all directions + A-Stretch , 150 jelq/day and 2 times a week i edge for 40 minutes - 1h . My question is .. would be more effective to pump twice a day ( 40 minutes in the morning , 40 minutes in evening ) , stretch 10 sets ( 5 morning / 5 evening ) and 200 jelq ( 100 morning / 100 evening ) with 2 days on 2 days off ? What do you think about this routine ? Is too early for me to start this advanced routine ?
