Hey man great pics, you are looking pretty big. If you want to lose the fatpad, i suggest doing lots of cardio and abdominal work. Check my log, before i got realy sick i was doing cardio everyday and doing ab work right after it and i lost 20 pounds in the first week. Running or the tred mill along with core work is whats realy gonna work, that along with re-arranging your diet. With the help of Baraka, i set my diet straight, and i eat nothing but protein throughout the day with only good carbs, along with water and when i want to drink something sweet, i drink grape juice. Im also supplementing with saint johns wort which is an awesome supp for losing weight. I just hit 7.5 nbp and im sure its cause i lost more fatpad. Keep up the good work.
