well the only bit i under stood in that was from 11 cm to 19.5 cm, also the fact that its a girth procedure not length...
anyone know what they are talking about?

It basically describes a girth procedure using something like Alloderm to add thickness in lieu of fat injections/grafts. I think what makes this procedure unique is that they use a smaller incision along the base so that the scar is hidden with pubic hair. With the small incision, the doc works the graft under the skin and along the shaft up to the glans. This procedure would cause less trauma (and possible damage) to the blood vessels around the penis since it is less invasive.

... and yes this is a girth procedure but the incisions used to place the grafts can also be used to cut the susp lig if length is also wanted.

Sounds awesome. I'd definitely like to see some more progress made in Penis Enlargement surgery, just so I can become the next Mandingo somewhere down the line if I decide that's what I want.

i never let n e machine go near my penis unless it was for purley health reasons.
