I would work on length and use pumping as a supplement for both length and girth by stretching the tunica.
Do you have the Length Master? or you could go manually with your hands.

You need to get the length master and focus fully on length work first before putting all your efforts on girth.
This is what I plan on doing.

Poorly made acrylic cylinder will implode over a short period of time. You don't want to have acrylic sharpnels slicing your penis apart.
