Lightning is no longer with us. Being erect in a pump is the best way to gain girth especially when done with the ssj or the 5x5x3. The Mityvac is by far the best pump. I never recommend using a sleeve while pumping as it restricts expansion

Get a 9.25" long cylinder if you're 10 cm BPEL (3.9").
Why can't you follow the guidelines?
With the MityVac, you can get bigger cylinders as you grow.
