What size pump cylinder to order?

To Gain Length
The rule of thumb is if you are focusing on penis length, order a MityVac pump cylinder in a diameter that is closest to the thickest part of your erect penis girth (see measurements below). The idea is to pack your erect penis in the cylinder and pump so your penis only extends in length since it can't expand much in girth.

To Gain Length and Girth
Order a MityVac pump cylinder that is .25" larger in diameter than the thickest part of your erect penis girth. This will allow your penis to expand in girth and length at the same time. Ordering a pump cylinder that is much wider than the girth of your penis is not beneficial and will actually cause you to grow a deformed penis over time. So stick with the recommendations we provide, this is all data collected from pump users over the past 20 years.

How to accurately measure your penis for pump cylinder sizing

Get a piece of string, thread, wire, etc.

Get your penis erect.

Wrap the string around the thickest part of your ERECT shaft or base (whatever is thickest).
For most people, the thickest part of the penis is at the base of the penis by the pelvic bone. In some cases, some men have a thicker upper shaft. If this is the case, measure the thickest part of your shaft.

Mark where the string where it overlaps itself with a pen so that you can see the pen mark on both ends of the string.

Lay the string on a flat surface and measure the distance between the two pen marks with a ruler.

If your erect girth measurement is:

4” to 4.75” Order a 1.75″ diameter pump cylinder
5″ to 5.75” Order a 2″ diameter pump cylinder
6″ to 6.75” Order a 2.25” diameter pump cylinder
7″ to 7.5” Order a 2.5” diameter pump cylinder
7.75” to 8.25” Order a 2.75” diameter pump cylinder

So beautiful! But yet so strong! DLD did say about the pricing; as I've been eyeing certain products during the years (even before I started PE), this package is huge bang for the buck.

We always wanted to have our own pump line and finally we are so happy to release this MityVac system.

Personally I've always loved vacuum pumping and understood the benefits of hydro pumping. I own every bathmate model from the Goliath to the Hercules but I really never liked pumping in the shower.

This new MityVac gives you both options now while maintaining a secure seal every time. When you reverse the Silisleev, the contour ridge locks into the silicone pump sleeve creating a foolproof vacuum seal that is next to impossible to lose suction, there is no need to shave the pubes any longer to get a seal. So the silisleev works for three things, its locks you in, eliminates fluid retention while keeping you elongated while pumping.

If I understand correctly, the silisleeve needs to be worn right before putting the penis inside the pump? If yes, how can I get myself erect and put on the silisleeve?

Secondly, won't the silisleeve work out after some time? Or better still, how durable are the silisleeve since it has to be worn each time I need to use the pump?
 
You can put on the silisleeve while erect. I've done several sessions now and the sleeves seem to be very durable! And I can be rough-handed at times despite my petite hands. (Does not correlate! :P )

@Haursen , What animal brutality! :D There is a town, Nara, in Japan that's flooded with deers. Smells like deer shit pretty much everywhere. But it's a lovely place nevertheless.

To my understanding you connect the water "collector" from the cylinder and from the water collector another hose goes to the pumping tool. So it comes to the middle.
@Lightning can correct me if I'm totally of the grid here.

You can be soft or erect when applying the silisleeve, add a little lube to the silisleev or pump sleeve and then vacuum pump yourself right into the cylinder.

A small reservoir slips inline between the MityVac pump handle and cylinder to catch excess water before it gets to the pump handle. It's like a vacuum cleaner, you have an input that sucks and a output that exhausts with a canister inbetween to catch dirt (in this case water). It's simple technology we use everyday.

Then there is a quick disconnect on the pump cylinder to remove the handle once you pumped to the desired pressure.

The great thing about the MityVac pump handle and gauge is that you can monitor your progress as you pump. So every week I would see my tolerance increase before my eyes because I could gauge it. Unlike a Bathmate where you pump and guessimate your pressure.
These pumps are very serious and the vacuum can be set to very extreme pressures with no loss of seal. The precise gauge is an important necessity or you can over pump. It's like driving a brand new caddy, you speed without realizing it.

I will try to get a video of it or at least some pictures.

It is such an awesome thing that we are now completely and absolutely independent from any partner. This sense of freedom is amazing and something that the brotherhood has deserved for a very long time. I think lightning, the moderators for their testing and Helping to perfect the pump. I am not very much into air pump thing but you have that option in the auction is very powerful. But where I am so excited is in the fact that we have our own Hydro pump.

I personally like vacuum for quick easy pump sessions anywhere that water is not available. Most people use Bathmates in the shower. Bathmates usually require a shower strap because if you move the pump too much in one direction, you break the seal between your body and the comfort seal. The MityVac doesn't have that issue because there is a detachable sleeve built in to the cylinder that is attached to the base of your penis, not your body.

Hydro pumping reduces fluid build up in your penis by the water acting as a hydro sleeve. With the silisleev, there is really no need for water. You have four options with the MityVacs, you can hydro pump with or without the silisleev and you can dry vacuum pump with or without the silisleev. This system allows you to practice pumping to it's full potential.

I tend to see quicker results with vacuum pumping over hydro pumping myself and don't like the clean up of water messes (lazy me). Allot of adult entertainment studs do vaccum pumping before a scene to add instant fullness to the penis.

Huh. Okay. I haven't had a problem with my bathmate losing suction from movement and I never use a shower strap but I definitely DO get fluid build up so my experience is a little different from yours.

And I actually like the shower aspect. I can pump while I'm getting cleaned up, usually right before sex. But I am tired of the fluid build up and the ridges digging in to my penis when I use my x30. So I gotta switch something up. I'm too big for the x30 now anyway. I think that's part of the problem.

The mityvac definitely looks cool. This is a toughie, as Weasel from Deadpool would say. Lol.

Hmm, you able to let your Bathmate hang down loosely and freely move around and not lose suction? As far as fluid build up, It is quite less with the Bathmate than dry vacuum pumping without a sleeve. Dry vacuum pumping without a sleeve will cause a deformed penis (the donut effect or baseball bat shape).

No, it doesn't really hang down, more like slightly below parallel. I do kinda have to support it with one hand though so it doesn't start to hang like you mentioned. But that fucker is on there. I couldn't lose suction if I tried. But like I said, I do get build up and deep ass ridges. Tired of it.

Think about getting the silisleeves, because they reduce fluid retention for the session when pumping.

Those deep ridges are a sad side effect of the bathmate when you start to pack it fully, which is why on new models they have inner sleeves.

A silisleeve would prevent your penis from being pressed, and hence forming a ridge.

Your call ... can try wearing a condom if your skeptical, this will help reduce FR to some extent.

From the sounds of it, you need a larger sized pump.

Do you go all in by any chance? balls included?
 
No i used the bathmate for a bit but i would feel alot of my skin been pulled in to it.As well i have alot of turkey neck and i havent been constant with it so i dont know if im just doing it wrong
So im thinking about getting a new device

I know it is a new product, but are there or are there going to be any studies on the impacts over a period of time compared to the bathmate or other competitiors?

also, would wearing a sleeve during the session hinder gains in anyway? would it be okay or safe to not use the sleeve during the session then apply the sleeve after? im still a little confused to the effects of a silisleeve besides the healing elongated part.

also, the shipping box is it super discreet? my wife tends too read company names and i havent talked about pumping to her or really want to yet she just thinks im doing manual stuff lol

No. Not a fan of that. It seems really pointless to me and also kind of dangerous.

But yes, you're right. I do need a new size but I'm afraid if I got the hydromax9 it would be too big and that very thing would start happening- my balls getting sucked in. So I gotta figure something out.

I'm sure there will be plenty reviews soon. This isn't anything new, we just took existing technology, combined two practices of it into one pump system and perfected it.

The packaging is completely discrete. Here is the actual packing of the MityVac. No labels, nothing on the lables indicates anything about PE or Pumps. We specifically do this because everyone wants privacy.

awesome thanks so much definitely cleared up all of my questions, so considering i have a 5in girth, i should definitely go with the 2in dia cylinder then work my way up from there. im for sure gonna have to try this product out!

Bathmate is so effective due to it being hydro [water] which helps on many levels with user comfort, but as well it keeps the penis warm in the shower or bath.

Air pumping is effective, but can be uncomfortable at higher pressures, but when using the sleeves it is much more comfortable, and the fluid retention is reduced.

The Mityvac, which is a MOS flagship product, allows the user the best of both worlds ... its Hydro/Air hybrid.

Exactly the benefit of our pump over the bathmate is that it not only does Hydro pumping it also does air pumping.

Ok, so my question i guess, is can one gain permanent girth via air pump?
 
Yes, air pumping has been around for a long time and several men have gained with just air pumping.
But we've learned much during the years about pumping, reducing fluid retention and so on. And especially the possibilities of hydropumping.

I'm sure glad with Mityvac you can do both, Bathmate is a nice tool, don't get me wrong, but it needs water to work, just using it by air with Vacu-Vin mod isn't so great. (I've tried!)
