1) is clamping equal to jelq in terms of effectiveness

2) can u gain lenght by hanging very light for hours straight "time under tension" method with enough weight just to feel a gradual stretch increasing fatigue over time
3) Is it better to decide the path "girth or lenght" first and just focus on one and then go for the other and not to rush. I want to clarify that for what i see in my PI's i can clamp with a simple short tight silicon sleeve at the base while hanging light for 3 hours but the EQ was very variable during that session.
This is my daily routine , i have a experience of 7 months in PE overjelquing 3hs per night which lead me to a thrombosed vein which is already healed.

1) Clamping is very dangerous and if you are prone to thrombosis you will more than likely see the same issue. The all out best plan for girth is the SRT 5x5x3, this brings pure expansion with no retention or thrombosis.

2) That kind of hanging i would put in the healing category. In SRT we use light ADS, light hanging, light Phallosan, etc. to keep ourselves in a extended state for hours after training to help heal the new gains you are making. Again, read through SRT to find where you can put this in place.

3) I did both at once but many go exclusive girth or length. If you go this routine go with length first and when you have made your gains go for girth. The LengthMaster is a must with length work so be sure to check that out.

4) Yes fatigue or after ejaculation is the best time to stretch as there is no pull back from the connective muscles, allowing you incredible stretching with no interference for competing muscular movement. This can also be accomplished through using DLD Blasters.

I like to do erect hanging , do u think a termal cream can be used to soften the tissues and benefit the lenght work

Give it a go and see how it works, we are always trying new things here and that is why we have so many methods. Every Brother has the chance to be a creator.

your two main hurdles for gaining length are the tunica and the ligaments...all the soft tissue with expand when these two adversaries are stretched into submission :)

I use this simple hanger but a homemade version with a shoelace now i added another lace , is it good to wrap one near glans and the other one near the base or how should be best

Get yourself a LengthMaster with a real hanger. You will get so much use out of it, it does everything for length!
