Starting today, Friday, July 11, 2003, I am beginning an intensive new length cycle.
My current stats:
BPenis EnlargementL: 183 mm (7.2"), EG (midshaft): 156 mm (6.14"), BPFSL: 199 mm (7.83") - about 354 CCs....and 12 ounces.
[1] Mon-Fri
- 60 Blasters (adding 10 each week)
- 6 sets of 1-minute severe Fake-Arm Stretches (adding 1 set / week)
- Bundled stretches (above LOT) 3 sets each direction, each 1 minute (6 sets total) - adding 1 set each direction per week (2 sets total weekly).
[2] Sat & Sun
- Light stretching: 5 sets of 1 minute in all 5 directions
- Slow Crank (pull stiffly, turning 25x right, then left)
(Sunday night: measure BPFSL)
I plan to follow this workout, as written, through August. I'll make whatever adjustments that are necessary. If need be, I'll be doing a lot more than this - even twice per day, if need be.
I'll keep you posted at appropriate intervals.
