I've put a lot of thought into hanging positions lately. Especially BTC. The problem with BTC is how the weight hangs down. In other words your ass cheeks are taking some of the load.
I have come up with a new position, The BTC Killer, A.K.A. The Pharaoh. I recommend doing this on a bed because it can be strenuous on the legs and knees, but you get ALL of the weight. I have personally banged out 1/8" in 2 weeks, 30 minutes a day, 8 pounds. This is after a long plateau.

Directions: On the edge of a soft surface, such as a bed, get on your knees, sit on your feet and lay back. This position pushes your pelvis in a more outer position, thus the weights hang in a more forward position. Using all the benefits of BTC, but without your ass taking some of the weight. Also, the more forward position of the pelvis gives a superior lig isolation. I recommend this be accompanied with reverse kegals to enhance the experience.

Wow, thats a really good idea. When I get my BIB im def. going to try these out- I know that they'll work great because when I bend like that doing my manuals I def. feel a better pull in my ligs, in fact, its pretty much the only time I can really get at the ligs. Im hoping that with the hanger Ill get some good gains since my ligs are probably close to unstretched.

What are you talking about?? When i hang BTC, i don't let my dick touch my ass but hang closely to it. I don't understand how your ass cheeks take any of the load...
 
I have to agree with sikdogg. I can't see how it's possible for your arse cheeks to take any of the load. If it works for you though then that's good.
 
I don't know... i use a bib hanger and it's much thicker that the vaccum device that he uses. If it doesn't interfere with a thicker device, then it should be a no-brainer with the vaccum device. But if it works for him, then more power to him.
 
Dont compfuse bTC with stright down. True btc is laid back and the weights/hanger should be pulled behind your ass. your dick lays against the ass when doing this. With the pharoh method your dick is thrusted forward away from the ass. You will feel a strong stretch of the fat around the dick connected to the pubis as well as a strong lig susp/fund tug. Its a pleasure to assume the position and feel such a strain on the areas that matter. 15 pounds feels productive.

Dude I have a bib too, very thick. The hanger is of no importance. In fact a vaccum hanger has difficluty assuming btc type postions. Your dick has to stay sealed in the chamber, if bent, and allows air to escape, you could lose pressure. I use this cause Im post op alloderm, the bib I had no longer fits me, and really hurts to try. What I'm trying to get across is the Penis EnlargementNIS position is what interferes with the weight load, making a btc session less productive. Eliominate the drag with the killer, and you get all the weight.

Straight down means it hangs parallel to your legs, BTC means it hangs down along the crack of your ass. It doesn't mean that it is actually in your asscrack. I hang BTC by sitting on the edge of a barstool and prop my feet up on another chair so that my thighs are above my chair and the weight is hanging down along the crack of my ass without it being in my ass.

When I refer to the ass i mean the crack. You dont think "hanging down along the crack" takes some of the ahload? When you prop your legs up above your chair the weight goes down and back. With the killer it goes only out it's not along anything. Also traditional btc, as you explained it, thrusts the pelvis in a more neutral position, it can't be helped. The killer is a totaly different pelvic postion, and, doesn't run a long your crack.
 
Maybe the difference is more/less noticeable with higher/lower exit point and bigger/smaller ass. Also, this position may separate a bit more the ass cheeks (depending on the legs and feet position), providing more room for the hanger.

I'm not hanging for some time so I haven't tried this. Well, I assumed the position just to see, but didn't hang, so I can't really tell.
 
BTC. How far up your shaft does the vacuum hanger go? Which one is it that you have? How long can you hang with your device and with how much weight over time? I remember you said the max was 16 pounds. How uncomfortable was that?

It would make sense that if it goes further up your shaft it would be touching down the line of your arse crack right up to where it attaches to your groin when hanging BTC and therefore taking more of the load than a BIB would. It seems to be length of the hanger that is important as opposed to width when hanging BTC.

One more question. How much pump do you get from a hanging session i.e. fluid build up?

Just to clarify. Is your hanging position BTC? If so isn't the only difference that you lay down and try to push your pelvis forward while hanging?

It's impossible to push your pelvis forward in relation to your arse because they are one and the same. The way I see it is that you couldn't change the way BTC goes along your crack unless you actually changed your body physically. There is no way of hanging BTC without your hanger/penis going along your crack. That is what it does by definition. Maybe your technique is not completely BTC but also a bit SD. Somewhere between the two.
