New brand of excercises?
I know a great way. All you need is a quiet room, some lube and thirty minutes alone or with your partner. I'll try to research it more so I can just post a link. It has to do with just focusing on the sensations that you get on and around your gentalia during arousal. I'll post back soon.
O.k I found a link to the book I read and you can read it online. Its called How to Make Love All Night: And Drive Women Wild by Barbara Keesling. It has a pc routine and everything. Ne way in chapter six (pg31) she explains something called sensate focus. It means to consciously focus on the sensations you have down there with light genital caresses.
I did this a while back religiously just after I found out about Penis Enlargement. It helps a lot. I recommend doing at least the genital caress. You can go on to learn how to be multiorgasmic (it works trust me.) Ne time that my dick feels a little insensitive to my needs I will do this for a couple of nights and it feels even better. I heard somehting about leqing actually decreasing sensity in the penis by killing some of the nerves. I think that this was propagated by some anti-Penis Enlargement activists but I dont think its entirely false. Since I've started the sensitivity seems to have gone down (hence me being able to do more intense exercises) but the feeling isn't gone. It helps me last longer to!
