Need some good exercises now.

Man I really want improvement and I need some help.I have been doin stretches and jelques since I was 16 years old.Yeah thats right.I knew about Penis Enlargement for a while now.Now I want gains.I need some help
 
so you been peing since you were 16...ok so how old are you know...for all we know you could be 17...what exercises have you been doing...how consistent have you been with them...what amount of force or pressure are you using while stretching and doing your girth workout...how many times a week do you workout..and for how long? there are a lot of variables to look at for a good routine...i don't really think anyone can answer your question without actually knowing what you have been doing...if you post it in another thread..maybe you should attach it here.

By the way im 18 now.but found out DLD a long time ago.

He joined 5 days after turning 17 and 3 days ago turned 18. Also has been posting for almost a year now. He's on track ...

Damn dude,got me narrowed down huh?What ever though,can you blame me,Ive always been serious about Penis Enlargement....No joke,I have respected what you guys have done and how you helped me.It really payed off.Now im ready to take it to the next level
