Need some advice...

I wear a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] about 6 hrs a day... i have for 10 months... I have had great gains and I am kinda addicted to it now! however... I started a clamp session with a horse and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] workout for girth... am I over working this thing? a week into adding exercises... my "gear" feels WORKED! just dont want to over work my most prized body part. Just had sex again and seemed fine.... wanted to do a another girth run tonight but just feels tired... maybe just one girth workout a day until it gets use to it?
 
its all about conditioning your penis ... so always take it slow at first bro

although i never have over worked my unit.... i dont want to start neither! I will do one power girth session to start... wait a month and do a double... while cutting back on length improvements. i do 6 hrs on length now... i will slow down that process and work into girth. just wanted to know if anyone does double girth and double length sessions a day. wanted to explain a little farther.
 
I used to do two girth sessions a day but found that one was more than enough. I then used the extra time to do length as I do not think you can overwork length.
