Need Length

I've had a rough time gaining length (pe'ed for about 2 yrs). I'm starting up again after a few months off and I want to make sure, just like all of you, that I gain the most possible. I'm considering a hanging routine. Should this be done along side manual stretching? Also what are you're experiences gaining length with either or both methods. Thanks in advance for the help guys.

Remember, a hanging routine is a serious commitment. You will have to spend hours without show before you will see gain.

I would keep up some manual stretching with a hanging routine.

goin4length BTC gave you some good advice. Hanging is probably the best way to gain length. For best results bib recommends at least 10 hours a week. Build up the weight slowly (1-2lbs a week) and start with the lower angles (BTC and SD) you might want to do a bit of SO as well. Although you start off low and build up the eventual weight you are hanging needs to be high (bib hung up to 45lbs) to create fatigue and the microtears. It sounds a lot of work and it is but this is the method that will probably produce the quickest gains in length.
