Need Help with Length from the Vets

Hey, it's been a while since I posted here. I've been lurking a little bit over the past few weeks, as I've been getting more serious about Penis Enlargement again. Over the last 5 months or so my length gains have pretty much dried up. I may have gained 1/8", but not nearly as much as I would have like to gain. I'm also about 2.25" from my ultimate length gain. I've decided on this absolutely and unwaveringly, and it's a weight on my shoulders becase I really want to achieve this within the next 4 or 5 years, and over the last few months I've fallen off track from achieving this goal.

I guess I'd like some words of inspiration and some creative ideas for gaining length from those who have been in this a lot longer than me, and who have worked through some plateaus. I've gained about 3/4"-1" from Penis Enlargement already, maybe 1/8" of that newbie gains, so I have some idea about the amount of work this will be. I also estimate that I have only 1/4"-1/2" left to gain by stretching my ligs... so I need to gain about 2" in tunica length over the next 4 years...simply put, I know this won't be easy. I also have some privacy problems right now. I just transferred colleges, so I need to live in dorms this semester. I have some free time for any kind of Penis Enlargement maybe 4-5 times a week, but I can put in some stretching every night when I'm laying in bed...maybe 30 minutes or so. The problem with this is that I'm not strong enough to get a good tunica stretch which I can feel, so this time is basically used to keep my ligs from tightening up.

Here are some of the ideas I've been playing around with:

IR Lamps-I've read that these can make your tissues much more elastic, which is essential for tunica gains.

Priapisms-I was successful with these before, but they are too time consuming for the college year, and coincided with hair loss for me. I'm going to get on some experimental drug RU58841 this summer, which will counteract the effect of the massive amount of DHT produced, and I might give these another go. I think I can squeeze another 1/2" or even 1" of tunica gains from this.

IGF-LR3- I've read so many good things about this, even with length gains. I'm planning on 1 month on-1 off-1 on this summer. I don't expect it to do anything on its own, but I figure it can double whatever gains I would have had.

SD Hanging/Fulcrum Hanging- I've heard good things about both of thise. They might be necessary since I can't feel a good stretch with manual stretches now.

I'm also somewhat curious about two other things. First is DLD's expressive stretching. I've heard some people report that it was working, but I never heard enough details to conclude its effectiveness. Should I reread the thread to wrap my head around it, or is it less effective than what I'm planning? Next is jelqing. Over the past 4 months or so I've adapted a jelqing routine. Every time I do it I get craaaazy fluid buildup, so I'm definitely hitting the tunica, but it seems like none of my gains are permanent. I've switched back and forth between being slack and consistent with my routines, so I don't think overworking is the problem...I really don't know what the issue is. Maybe IR heating will help out a lot.
