Hi everyone been jelqing for a month now no gains!!!! can someone help. I follow the video on pegym site that show u how to jelq!!!! any input is welcome!!

You're not giving yourself enough time. Just stick to it for a few months and then see. I started to see real progress in my fourth month of jelqing and then stretching.

should I stretch right after I jelq or before!!! Haven't always stretch, jelq two days on, one off, stretch only once or twice per week! Thanks for the responses!

phdinsports, Your routine is not enough. You need to have more structure and follow my routine as close as possible. I understand some guys need to modify things to fit their schedule but if you can follow the routine, as it is written, then do so.
