Hey, I've been doing pe for about 6 months now, but sort of on and off with no real set routines. So I think I can deal with the more intense girth exercises, but even if I only do 5 Supra Slammers, I still get thousands of red spots and occasionally a big one. What should I do for girth? I'm 8" x 5.5" BP by the way.
 
Yeah, I've looked up SSJs but I find it a bit hard to understand what DLD is on about! You kegel blood in, squeeze the head to remove blood from it, then hold the torniquet at the bottom while pushing down on the head with the other hand right and like twisting and pulling it around, yeah? Won't this give me little red spots too though? also what can you use instead of a clamp for constrictors, like something you'd find around?
 
I always do work so i'll get red spots, then i find that i have worked properly.
But its different from person to person i guess.
Have you looked into the Constrictor-guide?
 
If you haven't been clamping you're guaranteed some new gains with that. Definitely read the constrictor guide and start.
 
I always get red spots too, but I dont get like alot, maybe just 1 or 2 big ones and a few little ones, usually towards the end of my work out, I just jelq/uli/squeeze, he he

I stay away from constrictors and clamps thats hardcore shit.

Besides I'm making nice gains anyways.

A uli is just constricting at the base with one hand. A squeeze constricts at the base with one hand and compresses from the head with the other.
 
Anyone know an easy way of doing constrictors without clamps? Also, I wanna know how to do Slow Squash Jelqs, but DLD's explanation is quite hard to understand, so could someone tell me what do do with the other hand that isn't holding the base exactly?
 
Yes, I do constrictors every day without using clamps at all. And have you checked out my thread on SSJs? I explain it a little differently.
