Need ab workou..

Hey guys im looking for a killer ab workout that I could get through in like 10-15 minutes a day... Im getting sick of this extra fat ive got around my midsection and since im getting back on the excercise train im gonna shed some Lbs and want to get a ripped 6 packs for the ho's. Im not looking for combat abs so much as im looking for show offy abs- ya know I mean?!?

Combat abs will definitely give you show-off abs as well. It is by far the best book on abs I have ever picked up, and I've read many books.

If that isn't your bag, try this on for size:

Cable crunches

set up a weight bench next to a high pulley. Attach a tricep pressdown rope to the pulley cable. Kneel on the bench and reach up grabbing the rope. With your arms at 90 degrees, CRUNCH down so that your elbows touch your knee caps. Hold and squeeze for a second then go back up slowly. I try to put as much weight on as possible that I can reach failure at about 12-15 reps. Start with one or two sets, and work your way up to five.

That's it!

Im gonna try these out tommorow when I start my weight routine. I have my routine that Im gonna try to stick to in my sig link.. any comments or suggestions on it would be cool.

truth is there aint no workout you can do to shed fat of your abs. this is a myth called spot reduction. no matter how many crunches you do aint gettin fat off em. sure you be gettin em stronger but the only way to see your 6pack is through clean eating an burning extra calories
 
Thanks guys.. Yeah Ithiel, I knew about that myth already, but thanks for mentioning it.. Im on a diet and excercise plan right now that im hoping will add mass onto my frame and cut fat off.. After a week I can already see results so its pretty exciting stuff!

My plan is this.. Ive upped my meals from 2-3 to 5-6. And by meals I mean like two or three that you could actually call meals- chicken or other lean meat- eggs and ham or something for breakfast or somedays i go with some shredded wheat and fruit. Then, like 2-3 little meals of like a handful of walnuts or almonds and some fruit, or a salad with a can of tuna.. been trying to eat my weight in grams of protein daily- at least that!

Then I also do 20-30 minutes of cardio a day 7 days a week- I generally hit the heavy bag and do various arobic excercises in between beating the shit out of it- a Bas Ruten type 30-60 second interval excercise routine til im almost dead.

I also do a 2-3 muscle group lifting routine every other day, and only work each muscle (primarily) once a week.

I do crunches everyday or every other, and I also add pushups into my routine regularly- usually with my cardio, until fail.

This has already, within a week im talking, started to transform my body back into shape. I also take a number of supplements everyday to help cut weight (hopefully) and to help with recovery and also with my Penis Enlargement.
Arginine and orthinine
lysine
multi vit.
yohimbe
and a pill that has various ginseng extracts

mos def. diet is first, McDonalds drive through won't cut it. Cardio to sweet out all the shit in your system, and situps/crunches. Build up to 8 mins straight.
