I am going to do it every other day.

8 minutes - Flaccid.
Week 2. Mon - wed - fri - sun
10 minutes - Flaccid
Week 3.

8 minutes - 50-80 % Erect
Week 4.
Mon - wed - fri - sun
10 minutes - 50-80 % Erect
