well i usually stretch for 10 mins, then i would go in shower and jelqs for like 10 mins, then i would do 100 pc muscle workouts (50 fast, 20 5sec, 1 min) . then later the day usually around night i would stretch again for 10 mins or so. how does this sound? and should i do jelqs before stretch or stretch then jelqs. other things to add on my routine would appreciated.
