So here is my routine so far for the past 2 1/2 weeks as if right now i'm only concentrating on lenght not girth:
Morning:
heat with rice sockfor about 4-5 mins
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
5-6 sets of the mandingo stretch for 1min
hanging 5lbs for 25-30 mins
heat sock for 4-5 mins
run a little bit of cocunut oil on the stretched area
afternoon:
light stretching same as morning with rotary stretch 25-cranks clockwise and counter clockwise
evening
Same as in the moring
After moring stretch i do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle jims[/words] wrap throughout the day
I should be doing Kegels as well be i sometime forget or it's just a timing issue. Be aware if sujesting an exercise i'm working with on arm as the other arm was injured and has weak grip strength.
