Hello,
I've been jelqing for about a month and a half but haven't any gains. My routine is:
5 min warm wrap
5 min stretch
250 jelqs 3 seconds each
5min warm down
50 kegels

I'm 6 inches length and 4.5 girth. What should I do? What can I do for a better routine, should I get a membership to this site?
 
getting a membership to this site i think would be the best bet but just increase how long you your exercises for and the intensity that you are doing them at E.G. 10min stretching or more, 300+ jelqs, 200 kegals something that is going to push your penis to grow you could also try clamping for girth but be carefull alot of people say it can injury the penis but i have had no problems also you could try the R.O.P. or a vimax [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], if i was you do a search on exercises and routines that other people do and try them out and see how they affect your penis good luck

Hello imasleep, Your routine exercises look good but the amount of time spent doing Penis Enlargement is considerably lacking. A stretching routine should take no less less than 20 minutes while a jelqing routine should have at least 600 jelqs. If time is an issue there are ways around that. You are on the right track but having a guide to assure you will be you best chance to excel in Penis Enlargement.
