Hi all,!

I`m going to log my progress on here

I have only just got serious about Penis Enlargement this last week and have done stretches and milking. I have done stretches before this (like 5 Min's a day for quite a few months) but didnt see much results so stepped it up a bit.

Now Ill go over what I do and if anyone can offer any tips or advice that would be cool.

My current routine

1.First i start with a hot towel wrap for about 5+ minutes
2.Then I`ll do 5-10 minutes of stretches
3.Next I`ll milk and do this for 10-20 minutes
4.I`ll finish off with a hot towel wrap for another 5 minutes.

Times above are approximate, It seems I spend almost 45 minutes to an hour doing the routine.

I do the exercises late at night an hour before bedtime, I get tempted to jerk one out after milking, but I was told this is bad so discipline my self not to. What do you guys do if you get tempted post Penis Enlargement workout?
Im hoping to gain 1-2 inches by Xmas.

When I milk I do like 3 seconds pulls and stop when i get to the head of my penis, almost watching it get bigger, is this right or do i go all the way past the end?

How many days a week should a newbie do??
I think i`ll just do mon - thurs at the moment

Is it ok to do girth exercises and then go and get tanked up for the weekend?? or only do exercises when I can get proper rest ??
The reason I ask that was, I goto the gym and I wont exercises the day I go out to getting drunk, are the principals the same with Penis Enlargement??

Once in a while, crack one off :) You will more likely stick at Penis Enlargement as long as it is fun, so dont feel you cant give in to temptation once in a while.

While I can tell you the length of a piece of string is twice the length of the middle to one end, no-one can tell you how quick you will gain. Aim for your 1-2 inches and to hell with restrictive and possible disheartening timeframes!

Stop at the base of your head. Your head swelling is a sign it has worked as you have pushed a load of blood up there :)

Excellent ! That should be plenty. Now, listen to your body and adjust accordingly. Maybe you could go 5 on 2 off, or maybe 3 on 1 off, time will tell. The right frequency is simply the one that you can physically and mentally stick to. :)

Weight-training does not equal Penis Enlargement in any way. Your dick is not a muscle, but a spongy tissue. I have never heard of any harm/benefit from drinking in and around Penis Enlargement so drink on :) The only rest you need from Penis Enlargement is to not do Penis Enlargement, simple as that. You can do clubbing, weights, sprinting etc. Sex is not rest, but then sex is more imortant than rest :)

Like levista said - every one if different. Listen to your own body - not someone else's. Be in tune to it and how it feels. If it is really sore and hurts the next day - skip it.
I am a newbie too. 4 months now. I found I made no gains unless I did AT least 6 times a week. Some times I jelked 2 times a day - spread out timewise from eachother. Sometime I was sore and needed to skip a day. but never 2 days in a row skipped. I have gained a solid 3/4 inch in 4 months. I am amazed actually!! Now go get tanked bud! Mark

I bought everthing 5 days ago and my pump does not hold ..i watched video how to fix it it still doesnot work .im hoping they send me a new one since i save up for 6 months to get it and dont have 40 more dollars to buy a new one ...thats all i need ,thanks ...the sooner the better please ..id like to have better results since im following the programm but have to pump it and lock it every couple of minutes ..
