Hi all,!
I`m going to log my progress on here
I have only just got serious about Penis Enlargement this last week and have done stretches and milking. I have done stretches before this (like 5 Min's a day for quite a few months) but didnt see much results so stepped it up a bit.
Now Ill go over what I do and if anyone can offer any tips or advice that would be cool.
My current routine
1.First i start with a hot towel wrap for about 5+ minutes
2.Then I`ll do 5-10 minutes of stretches
3.Next I`ll milk and do this for 10-20 minutes
4.I`ll finish off with a hot towel wrap for another 5 minutes.
Times above are approximate, It seems I spend almost 45 minutes to an hour doing the routine.
I do the exercises late at night an hour before bedtime, I get tempted to jerk one out after milking, but I was told this is bad so discipline my self not to. What do you guys do if you get tempted post Penis Enlargement workout?
Im hoping to gain 1-2 inches by Xmas.
When I milk I do like 3 seconds pulls and stop when i get to the head of my penis, almost watching it get bigger, is this right or do i go all the way past the end?
How many days a week should a newbie do??
I think i`ll just do mon - thurs at the moment
Is it ok to do girth exercises and then go and get tanked up for the weekend?? or only do exercises when I can get proper rest ??
The reason I ask that was, I goto the gym and I wont exercises the day I go out to getting drunk, are the principals the same with Penis Enlargement??
