Well-----since you asked, I've just been using a basic technique given w/Pro Solutions pills (Men's Network), Penis Development (
http://www.penisdevelopment.com/members/length.htm ), & others.
1) 3-5 minute hot wash cloth warm-up
2) hold/pull penis firmly straight out for 3 minutes, then shake/replenish blood flow for 1/2 to 1 minute,
3) repeat above step to left, to right, down & up,
4) then brisk, firm but not injurious repeated penis jerks straight out for another minute, followed by whilrling it around in circular motion another minute,
5) after these length stretches (step 2-4), normally follow up with jelqing session (w/vaseline) for minimum of 300 jelqs (15 minutes)
6) end Penis Enlargement'ing with hot wash cloth again for 3-5 minutes
*Would do PC Keegle flexes (50-100) as/when thinking about it (e.g. at the office at my desk, driving down the road to wherever, etc.)
This has been my routine for the most part past 3+ years--with or without various herbal pill supplements, & Penis Enlargement'ing as often as every day to perhaps not but once or twice a week--as time/opportunities/inspiration provided.
