lol i dont even know what to say on that subject, do you feel comfortable talking to your bro about him milking is unit. 13 is soooooooooo young, dont forget with jelqing and stretching comes responsibility! Well, I have a brother who is fourteen and the only reason I dont tell him is because he is a really wierd person, who steals from me (money, dope plants etc)...

If your brother is a person who you think deals with things and Ideas in a reasonable manner, then by all means tell him about it....

No man, don't tell him yet. This site says you have to be 18 and I think that is for legal purposes, teenagers can do this shit. But at 12, going on 13, he hasn't physically matured yet. I wouldn't start doing Penis Enlargement until the age of 15 or 16, after the penis has already grown in puberty. I totally disagree Gandolf, At that age, I was more head strong than I am now.... Self-awareness has seriously fucked with my head.....When I was that age, all my buddies were hitting puberty and I was way behind, remember that that is the age when all your freinds flop their dinks out to remind you that you smaller, every chance they get......
If someone told me about it then, i would have praised the lord, Penis Enlargement'd, and moved on with my life......
