I have been doing exactly this.....Always measure the same way when measuring for gains.
Basically it's the angle of your erection, to my best recollection, than can cause the drastic change.
Just keep doing your workouts, put the ruler down.![]()
Edging is no issue, what you have sounds to me like fatigue from working out the penis, which is normal.
I have been doing stretches and jelqs for a while now but not kegels......
Will it effect my penis and routine?
