My first SRT type routine

thanks guys!
This morning I edged for 30 minutes with erect kegels and 5, 1 minute sets of angion.

My plan is every other day. Just keep adding 5 minutes a morning onto my second set until I reach 45 minutes (hour total hang time) Then add a pound, drop to 25 minutes and repeat.

What do you guys think?
Other things I’ve tossed around is every other day length/girth or morning length, evening girth...
What I landed on trying is 1 month length, 1 month girth every other day on both. I just prefer a more aggressive/ consistent routine... but I haven’t gotten any quick gains from that in the past.
I think longstretch might be on to something with the extended decon break and less is more restart approach. Time will tell!

Edge, 5, 1 minute sets angion and some erect kegels. Also pulled off a DO. ?
Friday morning;
Woke up WAY early
Red light warm (cause I had lots of time)
Bundled stretch’s L/R 2ea about 1min ea
Hang 15 min @ 5lb
Hang 30 min @ 6.25lb ( had a pause for slipping issues)
15 minutes extender
Edge for 20, shower
1.5 hours in the extender
Silicone sleeve for....? However long

sex sat night, maybe 20 minutes, no ejac
Sunday;
Very little privacy, so I used the extender about 4 hours
A couple 10 minute edging sessions with some SSJ’s mixed in.

Monday;
Back to the routine

Hang 15min @ 5lb
35 min @ 6.25lb
Extender for 1.5 hours, just north of 8.5 BPSFL at the end...

Hang 35min @ 6.25lbs (happening now)
Extender for 1 hour
 
Excellent work my brother and it sounds like it’s jiving really good with your schedule. It’s so important to have a realistic work out that you can stay consistent with. I look forward to your growth.

I would go for an increase in weight opposed to a longer session. It just makes more sense so if you can handle a heavier load you’re going to make much better growth.

That’s a little more than 3% on longstetchs strain curve which about where it should be.

notes: I have been using a rice sock and a small space heater to stay as warm as possible throughout my workouts.
next week I plan to go to 4 days/ week (mon/tues, thurs/fri) hanging, I have been doing 3 (mon/wed/fri)
