My first SRT type routine

3 months is how long it takes for the remodeling process to be mostly done in collagenous fibers. Upon that science that's where that number has came from, however I think after your long break if you schedule in regular decon breaks say a month or 2 you can get by with that. I'm currently experimenting with a one month on and one month off now. In your case I'd keep stretching out of your routine, no active PE. Kegels and Angion Method should be fine.

You would need a higher intensity routine than newbie but think of progressive overload. It should be reduced where it can still start the growth process and reduced enough where you could slowly add to it to continue the growth process.

Last campaign and next one starting in 2 week's will be 1 day on and 1 to 3 off. I average around 3 days on per week. Doesn't sound like much but I make those days count and take BPSFL throughout day. You can actually track the strain percent that day and I aim for 2% or more. For instance I start the day at 21.5 cm BPSFL and after all my pe work I end up at 22.0 cm. That's a strain of 2.32%. Too much science and info to go over here but I believe that's been enough for gains. When those gains start to stall for you take a decon. It's amazing because you can start to objectively see when you need a break.

That's why my current routine is setup the way it is. I've built it so everything has a purpose. To progress through the strain curve

I plan on doing PE November 20th. Gives me some time to come up with a good routine. Until then I plan on returning to my morning fasted cardio and focusing on my diet and exercise plan again, I’ve been slacking this year. Somewhere between running a business, raising a family and pulling on my dong 3+ hours a day, my gym routine slipped.

I’ve also been trying to master the MMO so far without much success. I am getting much more comfortable with riding the edge without ejaculation though. I am able to relax my pelvic floor for pretty much as long as I want. Now I just need to figure out how to separate the orgasm from ejaculation. If anyone has any little gems for me I’d appreciate it.

The reason why allot don't gain or give up, is not down to the methods, equipment, methology of training, but because they can't grasp the simplicity of this.

I don't want to be patronizing, cos I ain't, but this really is as easy and simple as going to the gym, but to see something, just like at a gym you need the same mindset otherwise those fitness goals never arrived.

Basics, and use a force that is intense enough to take you outside a comfort zone.

Every few days just take a rest.

What? I’m confused? I have gained less than 1/8” in a year so... I’m taking a break as suggested by longstretch with logical explanation.
Like the gym, I am having more trouble with taking the time off than the regimen of the exercises. If anything I tend to overdo stuff with intensity and/or duration.
I’m unsure where your response came from?

Last couple weeks have been interesting working my way towards the MMO. And retaining my semen. I have been edging about 5 days a week, often twice a day. The first round I made it 10 days, just very slight orgasms during this time. Until I lost it with the wife, that one was pretty intense.
Today is my 7th day since the last ejaculation. This week has gone much better, more intense O’s with more of a whole body experience. I’m trying to move the orgasm through the body, mostly up the spine and through the head. Sounded a little intrinsically hippie at first but I’ll be damned if it’s not working. Supposedly you can “transmute the orgasm” into creative energy.

So, 1/2 way through my break and I promised an update. BPEL is down 3/8” (1/2 of my gains) and erect girth down 1/4” (disheartening because that’s where I started) but I am hopeful everything will come back quickly.
On a positive note, I have had great multiple orgasms and have far better control over ejaculation than previously. I edge daily for 20 to 40 minutes typically without a problem, I have had a couple incidences where I lost it, but getting better all the time.
 
In my experience anything lost is gained back very quick. I took almost 2 years off and lost 1/4 inch which I gained back in 2 weeks.

Congratulations my brother what an incredible feat, 12 days is a long time and you can continue to build on that which will help increase EQ. It also teaches us a great lesson in discipline.

Going to try and get a couple evening sets in as well depending on how sore I feel in a few hours.

Great day to give thanks! I like the routine. Be sure to get a set of Bundled Stretches before you start your routine to prepare the tunica to take on more size. Pre-stretching the tunica makes gaining length and girth much faster.
