my balls are getting smaller

help!
either my penis is getting MUCH bigger, or my balls really start to shrink...
also my shots reduced... im afraid! how to avoid that?
want bigger balls again

I dont see how that possible. You could try to ball jelq to increase the circulation down there, and try dlds ball health routine (do a search for it), and most importantly drink more water.

Hmmm...well its important to know how you are actually monitoring this size fluctuation...I mean how do you determine that they are shrinking?

A lot of it has to do with body composition and diet...liquid intake. I've been taking supplements and my balls are scrunched...they also do that when I gotta crap or pee...

I would continue to monitor the problem some how....and like More meat said drink more water and do a ball health routine to get circulation man. You'll be alright.

i see it in relation to my hands... it feels different and they definately got smaller the last 2 months or so
maybe i should really drink more than i do now...
