Hey brothers! Time for update!
I'm going strong with a fairly simple routine of
length master downward expressive stretching (been doing downward bundle stretches for about 5 months now and during this period I've attached lower and lower and since a few months back I'm attaching at extreme base. So I figured I could stay with it for a few more months?)
- So 30 mins of downward expressive stretching everyday
- Erect stretches 15-20 minutes every other day or 4-5 times a week, usually right before LM session
- Pumping 12 minutes before bed 5-6 times a week
This has been my exact routine for about a month now and I find it pretty manageable for me to sustain.
Other than this, I use
red light therapy before length 10-15 mins,
hydrocortisone cream after length,
cock ring 30-45 mins after pump, bio-oil for skin health before sleep and lastly use ADS or
sleeve for as many hours as I can get in in a day, usually 6-9 hours. Also try to get in a few hundred kegels everyday.

By the way guys, as I'm always looking to learn more in this field. I've found a guy that seems knowledgeable and legit, claims over 3 inch length gain. He has been at it for around 10 years now. I found it interesting that he doesn't believe in "passive healing". He is big on vacuum
hanging and pumping mainly it seems.
He has a youtube channel where he does Q&A's and talks on PE theory in general and a channel on pornhub where he shows the more practical side of things.
