Progress thread My All-Out SRT Routine!

I get myself erect then I grab the penis at the extreme base and pull to each side left right and center. 3 reps each for 1 minute each.

That is, pull to the left for 1 min and repeat 3 times. Do it to the right 3 times and to the center 3 times.

I wrap from morning till 11pm.

Make sure you are on a healthy diet and you are doing kegels and getting enough sleep too.

The length master will give you all the gains you need, all you need is consistency.

OK cool, how often do you do your erect routine? How is your diet coming along by the way?
 
Why brother? what do you need to do to get back on track? did u do intermittent fasting?

I've not started that fasting yet. The festive period brought in some visitors and I'm being distracted as a result of this. But I'm working on getting back on track.

I need to fix my diet as it seems to be the only way I can stay very committed to my routine. Back in 2018 and 2019, I was on a high protein diet for over a year while using the length master.

I need to go back to such diet. It helps with consistency and good state of mind for PE.

Great to hear! Just keep in mind that this is a long game, just like PE. Don't make to many drastic changes at once. Diet is very habitual. Create small habits to eat better over time so you can stick to it!

For example if someone out of shape ask me what they should do I always advise just quit drinking anything with calories (like milk, juices, alcohol, etc) and start taking daily walks. This may not sound like much but it's an example of how everything is tied to your habits.

I understand very well and I'm doing everything possible to make this habitual just like PE.

Quick update:

I have managed to keep up with the length master every day for 30 mins (down bundle stretch).

I've been off pumping for 3-4 weeks now because of complications with my mityvac. I emailed you about it @DLD by the way, as you said from the other tread if you remember

I'll come back soon enough to posting again and probably it's time for me to update my routine as well, as I have now been doing downward bundle stretches for 3-4 months.
 
By the way guys, I can really recommend Citrulline Malate as a supplement, 5 grams 20 mins before girthwork, it REALLY does make getting harder erections easier by getting the blood flow going by A LOT. It's like a mild viagra but without the side effects, there's a lot of studies of it, look it up. Did anyone here try this?!

Also give L-Arginine and L-Pyroglutamate. I get this from Bulk Supplements. I take this at night for the NO as well as studies showing that this combo helps to release GH. Not too mention that it also EXPLODED my morning PE sesh with my SIL addition. Just my observations

Cool man, thanks! To my understanding Citrulline is a precursor of L-Arginine. What do you mean with PE sesh with SIL addition?

I was thinking.. During this period I've began to attach lower and lower attachment so one could say I'm doing expressive stretching now. So that could maybe be my "new" routine? And also, I often experience that the attachment slowly are slipping down the shaft (closer to the head) during the session. Do you also experience this and do you do anything about it? In that way you are kind of getting both expressive and more of a shaft stretch during same session...

You are not attaching the length master tight enough. There shouldn't be any slippage at all.

Yes. I’m trying to maxx NOS in my system. For so many benefits, but PE namely.
Sildenafil. 20-40 mg per session/day is what I meant by “SIL”.

I've started a new journey and I have vowed to stay committed for 12 months. 20mins of bundled expressive stretching combined with girth work. This is a very simple and effective routine that I can be consistent with.

All I need to do is to pump with low pressure for the first 30 days. I'm starting tomorrow.

I've already tapped all the gains that can be gotten from downward bundled stretches. I want to focus only on the expressive stretching, pumping and SSJ for the next 12months. I've exhausted most of the length master exercises.

The expressive stretching combined with pumping I believe will take me from 8.25 to 9 inches in a 12 months period.

Yes I understand but what I was curious to know is what angle will you perform the bundle expressive? down? straight out? up? or sides?

Now that I've done all of the above exercises, the time has come to focus on one area of the penis that haven't been tapped before which is the inner penis.

I will advise you follow my style. But you can do it which ever way you want.

I think I will stick with downward bundle for 1-2 more months because I have seen good gains from it. But I'm attaching very low. I will have to find your length master video thread for inspiration for new exercises. I have also started taking erect stretches seriously, which I haven't done earlier.

I get myself erect then grip very low with my hand and bending it to the right and up behind the cheeks because the feeling is very intense in that direction, then same but to the left up behind cheeks. If I'm 100% erect I won't be able to fully go behind my cheeks but erection varies obviously during the 10 min session. I do this like every other day now before my regular length master session.

It got me thinking.. Isn't erect stretches AND hardcore stretches (with pump) very similar in effect?

I'm sure it works, but for people, like me, who are on blood pressure meds, due to a heart condition, I would think twice, as blood pressure might drop too low and cause one to pass out.

I'm going strong with a fairly simple routine of length master downward expressive stretching (been doing downward bundle stretches for about 5 months now and during this period I've attached lower and lower and since a few months back I'm attaching at extreme base. So I figured I could stay with it for a few more months?)

  • So 30 mins of downward expressive stretching everyday
  • Erect stretches 15-20 minutes every other day or 4-5 times a week, usually right before LM session
  • Pumping 12 minutes before bed 5-6 times a week

This has been my exact routine for about a month now and I find it pretty manageable for me to sustain.

Other than this, I use red light therapy before length 10-15 mins, hydrocortisone cream after length, cock ring 30-45 mins after pump, bio-oil for skin health before sleep and lastly use ADS or sleeve for as many hours as I can get in in a day, usually 6-9 hours. Also try to get in a few hundred kegels everyday.

Any feedback or questions are as always very appreciated

By the way guys, as I'm always looking to learn more in this field. I've found a guy that seems knowledgeable and legit, claims over 3 inch length gain. He has been at it for around 10 years now. I found it interesting that he doesn't believe in "passive healing". He is big on vacuum hanging and pumping mainly it seems.

He has a youtube channel where he does Q&A's and talks on PE theory in general and a channel on pornhub where he shows the more practical side of things.


Maybe we could discuss his content further if you guys find it interesting! Let me know if I'm breaking any rules for linking?!

You link is fine but be careful what you believe, many lie for many reasons.

I am happy with your progress my only advice is to change your pumping session to the 5x5x3

Thanks for the support! I'm doing 10-12 mins pump sessions just to do something and will get back to the 5x5x3 further down the line as my focus is on length now. Or could you prescribe a "mini version" of 5x5x3 that is more time effective? ☺
 
You can see, it took him 10 years to gain 3 inches without passive healing. With passive healing, it wouldn't have have exceeded 3 to 4 years with his routine.
I haven't watched all of his videos and don't know about all of his PE journey but he mentioned it in one of the Q&A. I will find it and share it so you can see what he says about it.

I just found it interesting because of what a lot of what he talks about seems legit and is similar knowledge of the masters of this forum.
 
5x5x3 is fastest way to incredible girth

With water the whole session almost took me 50-60 minutes with prepping water, erections and all...

Would 5x5x2 be an acceptable version for us that focus on length and want to keep girth sessions shorter?

That is a perfect place to start and work your way up from there
