Mandingo stretch is more effective by hand. Downward bundled stretches is powerful and you should do it for 90 days. You will gain base girth from it.

You can make your mandingo stretch with the length master powerful by using enough intensity but I fear it.
Hmm maybe I should put more time into the downward bundles then a bit less mandingo... Like 30 min downward + 15 min downward and 15 mandingo... Or just 60 min downward everyday for 2 more months from now...?

Do 1 hour daily session of downward bundled stretches. It is one of the most powerful length master exercises.
Can confirm that. Im only able to do 2×20 minute sessions of downward bundled stretches.
When I start going to the left or right I can literally feel my ligs twitching. And then once they relax I pull a little further out and keep doing that.
I haven't even tried mandingos yet because im getting such great results with only downward bundles.

The downward bundled stretch is very powerful but a lot of people don't know this. Keep doing it until the gains stop coming. You can do it for up to 6 months if possible just to make sure you tap all the gains from it.

I did 1×20 for a couple months and exhausted the gains with that.
So I added another set and plan to do it consistently until at least December.
Really depends on when I stop gaining from it but thats just an estimate.
Trying to get to 7.75 BPEL and I think i can get there just doing the downward bundles and putting on an ADS for 6-8 hours a day.

Cool, how do you determine if the gains from it is exhausted exactly? By measuring or are you talking about something else?

Some members say to stay away from the ruler for awhile...
I personally measure every 30 days. If no gains are made within 30 days I will give it 1 more trial run of 30 days.
If you're not gaining anything in 60 days and you're being honest with yourself and you really haven't missed a workout, wore ads, etc. And you didn't gain anything its best to switch up your routine.

Hey guys brief update:

Training is going well, specially length work. Feels like a have been developing a better "feeling" for stretching and what kind of intensity is productive. Guess I'm learning my dick. I don't know if it's just in my mind but dick feels more elastic!

Girth have been a lil up and down. As you guys know, that follow me, I had some blood earlier from SSJ's. Same thing happened last night. But this time only a very small amount of blood came out the urethra when I did SSJ's. I think I may have been going a bit too hard on the SSJ's. Basically I'm using full force from hands and that may be a bit too much I'm guessing... So I wrapped up the training with a light pump set.

Today, just to test the waters, I did regular jelqs for 20 min, pump 10 min, SSJ's 5 min (with less intensity) and then 6 min hardcore stretches.
This workout went great and no blood! I guess I'm learning my body here aswell. Sometimes you have to push yourself to know where your limit is and find the right balance I guess. So still trying to find it, to avoid further blood complications!

Still on the same protocol:

Daytime,
Lenghtmaster 30 min downward bundle stretch
rest a few hours
Lenghtmaster 30 min downward bundle stretch

At night, 5x5x3

Dick in ADS 8-10 hours a day. Using MOSred light before workouts and hydrocortisone after length work and also applying Bio Oil before bed time (it's for discoloration and scars, you find it in the drugstore).

Training continues... Length is going good!
Still 30x2 LM down bundled stretches everyday.

Girth is a more complicated story...
So I recently had an insight that I want to quit or at least drastically decrease adult entertainment consumption.
For a couple of reasons.. Recently I’ve got issues with getting it up smoothly. It could be several factors I know, my intense PE training, so maybe not super comfortable yet etc. etc.

But I do think it has a lot to do with adult entertainment as well because I've tried to do girth work a few times without adult entertainment and couldn't complete training...
And also ever since I've been super serious about my PE routine, I do almost a full hour of girth (including warmups, getting hard every time for SSJ, pump etc.) and with that almost a full hour of watching adult entertainment every night... So I think this has intensified my "problems".

So I decided quit adult entertainment like 5 days ago. I want to be able to do girth without it. I think this will also benefit me in my EQ with women and just better overall. The few things I know about it is that it's messing up your reward systems and especially dopamine. Also it trains your brain to be a voyeur rather than yourself being engaged in the sexual act. All this makes great sense to me so I'm committing to greatly reduce adult entertainment consumption for these various reasons!

So, these few days girth hasn't been the best and I've actually shorten the sessions. For a few days I just did 12 minutes in pump (6 min fully pumped + 6 min HC stretches)

And today I did 5 min SSJ's, 10 min pump, 5 min SSJ's, 6 min HC stretches.

Actually I think I will stick with a shorter girth routine for a while because I don't want it to drain me..

I mean, length master sessions (including preparation, warmup, wrapping etc.) it's almost 2 full hours a day and then girth on top of that.
That's almost 3 full hours a day including everything and I'm fucking feeling the grind haha...

I hear you on that brother. I didnt realize how much adult entertainment was effecting me until I started doing girth work. And like you said an hour session is ALOT of adult entertainment to consume.
I'm in the same boat as you right now. Limit adult entertainment consumption and touching your dick (masturbation) and within a week you'll be getting rock solid just thinking of girls.
Stay hydrated, Kegal, eat healthy. You'll go back to how we're designed to be in no time. Remember EQ is mostly mental

Pumping for 5mins each set is good or maximum 6mins for 4 pumping sets. It gives super expansion. You can quit adult entertainment as long as you abstain from masturbation because masturbation will weaken your erection.

during this week I only did manual light stretching and wore sili for a few hours a day.

essentially I look at this week as a decondition week.
Anyway, came home yesterday and did first pump session. The pump felt very intense and when I removed it after 10 mins my dick was almost black (blueish) ! With blood filled spots everywhere!

Now 24h later it’s much better but still there! Imma post a few pics below. What do you think I should do? Rest a few days from everything or just from pumping until it’s gone? The pics are from now 24 hours later and it was MUCH more prominent yesterday..

If you're getting the spots it means you pumped at too high of a pressure, you were in the chamber too long, or a combination of both.
Just the spots isn't too much of a concern but the black/blueish dick is not good.
Start off light and work your way back up to where you were. Pumping is one of the exercises you do in PE that you can really hurt yourself. Remember its a marathon not a sprint

I'm still stretching even though I haven't been feeling too well recently. I had some back pains from pumping so I took a break and now the pains are gone.

I need to build up tolerance to the pressure of the pump. I might have to pump below 5hg until my body adapts maybe for a period of 30 days.

I believe you are right brother.. Crazy how just a week of pumping made the dick so sensitive to pressure..

I rested 48 hours then pumped again now. Same as last time, so I’m gonna be careful and just pump for 5 minutes in 48 hours again.

My stretching is going fine, I've seen a little flaccid gain at the base of my penis and I think it is from the expressive stretching, just a little extra penis I notice whenever I'm wrapping my penis. I think soonest, I will have to cut my routine to only 20mins of length master expressive stretching and pumping. At 8.25 inches bone press, one shouldn't be too greedy for more length but the 20mins expressive stretching feels like something that can give me 1 inch length in 12 months because I've never stretching out my inner penis before. Below is my girth routine:

5mins pumping below 5hg
10mins SSJ

5mins pumping below 5hg
10mins SSJ

5mins pumping at 5hg
10mins SSJ.

I will only go to 5hg during the last pumping set for the session.

Sounds like a solid plan to follow!

I will adopt a similar girth routine but shorter (5x5x2) for a while. Your routine will almost take a full hour to complete I believe!! That’s dedication. I wanna stay motivated but at the same time this hobby swallows up so much time!!

That is why I'm reducing my length master sessions to only 20 mins. So if I do 20 mins expressive stretching and 50 mins bathmate pumping with SSJ, that's about 1 hour 10mins. So it is still doable for me.

The problem is, if the routine is cumbersome, it becomes tiring after a while.
 
14th of this month is going to make it 4 months since this thread was created. If not for the short breaks that has occurred due to injury, you should have seen gains by now.

This is why I like to focus on length first and get it sorted before switching focus to girth. By doing it this way, I avoid injury and breaks.

Yes, I've clearly noticed flaccid gains. Erect gains I'm not so sure. I haven't measured anything but at least visually it's not something I've clearly noticed..

Naturally my routine have became more length focused and I've cut down girth because of both implications and the time sacrifice.

Since like 2 weeks back I've not had the same time and motivation for PE... BUT I'm NOT quitting anything! The most important thing is just to stay consistent with the daily routine. It's OK to cut back on the time but never OK to quit!

I'm going strong with 30 mins a day downward bundle stretching and now doing 6x6x2 girth routine every other day! (last pump set hardcore stretches)
 
Flaccid gains are the quickest to come by. Once you see flaccid gains, just know erect gain is around the corner. I've also noticed flaccid gains from my own routine.

No matter what, do not give up on this journey. I will advice you focus fully on length until you have gotten to a length of your choice before placing all focus on girth.

It is just too hard mentally for me to do length and girth on same day. For me to do both consistently, I need to have a free 1 year period of doing nothing except PE.

What has converted flaccid gains to erect gains for me is consistency in doing the length routine, erect stretches and always staying wrapped at all times.
