Gotcha! I will sure try my best! I will see how much citrulline will help me I'm thinking of starting with it tomorrow as I had a little problem with erection quality lately.

How do you dose your viagra by the way? What brand and dose strength?

I use the brand that has the word 'Pfizer' written on it. I break one tablet into 4 pieces and I take one of it. I chew it and drink water to swallow it. I wait for 20 mins after chewing it before I start pumping.

1 tablet last me 4 days.

That sounds great. For some reason I like the idea of "micro-dosing" like you do. Maybe it's because I've always has been very skeptical of pharmaceutical medications in general.. But what is the strength of your particular viagra? Is it like 50 mg or 100 mg tablets?

It is 100mg. I believe taking 25mg of Viagra for girth work is better than taking 100mg. This is something that I take daily and it's best to take it in minimal dose.
 
At what pressure are you pumping with your mityvac?
I'm air pumping usually between 7-9 hg. I'm going with feeling. Sometimes 5-6 feels really intense, then I'll stay there. Sometimes I can go up to 9 and it doesn't even feel really intense.

I always warm up with hot shower for 5 min, for me the pumping is more productive and expansive then and can therefore reach higher pressure.

The warm up you do is the reason why you can pump pass 7hg with ease. I'm also pumping at 9hg. My first set, I stay at 7hg all through. Second set, I stay at 8hg. The third set I go very close to 9hg and some times I stay at 9hg. This is how I get the big expansion.

As long as you train at least 6 days a week, you will see .5 inches of girth gain in 6 months. The 5x5x3 pumping routine will give you all the girth gains you need.

Attach the LM then go into this position:

(she is a bit exaggerated with her hip thrust, imagine your legs and back in a more straight line, so you can stretch in the direction towards your upper back, when in this position)

Then pull/stretch alongside up your back.

This should be able to get you going. I've found a way to do this a bit more relaxed with the help of big pillows but I can explain that later just try it out first.

Don't forget to warmup and engage reverse kegels while pulling for an even longer stretch! Good luck and let me know what you think?

Then pull/stretch alongside up your back.

This should be able to get you going. I've found a way to do this a bit more relaxed with the help of big pillows but I can explain that later just try it out first.

Don't forget to warmup and engage reverse kegels while pulling for an even longer stretch! Good luck and let me know what you think?

He started PE in 2013 and have gained over 3" (or more now, he mentioned +3" in an old video) in length but also stopped PE several years during this period because his wife couldn't handle his size 😅

My opinion is that you should never do that, the risk of DVT (Deep Vain Trombosis) is to high. If blood clots travels to your brain...lungs... you are as we say...what do we say about that?...it's not at least good since you can get permanent damages in your body. Like stoke and heart attack and those nasty things...

Much better to use a cook ring, at the end of your girth session.

To my understanding clamping is not only clamping with a "clamping device" but clamping is just the practice of keep the blood in your penis, that being with your hand, penis ring or other...

  • DLD bundled blasters 20 min (this is a newly added session, started 2 weeks ago)
  • 5x5x3
I always aim to do all 4 of these sessions every day for 7 days a week. (It's 28 sessions a week and 112 sessions a month, I just realized... LET'S GO GAINS)
Sometimes I miss one erect sesh a week, or the 5x5x3 will be a slight quicker interval pump sesh once a week or so.

I have had this in my mind since I started my journey with PE. And I have asked the question a couple of times: - Can you become to big? I had no problem at all, to please a woman before at BPEL: 5", but I felt I needed to be bigger/longer to be able to handle some positions better.

I don't think I need to be obsessed with PE any longer...but who cares, I want to be obsessed...but in a relaxed way, and just make it a part of my daily life. I feel like I can relax a bit more now. But it's fun to gain fast. I think I will be at least at the 7" mark in BPEL after 6 months time doing my program. I keep this belief in order to keep my spirit up.

Yes, it's refreshing to look at it statistically and what the truth/studies really say.

I may be biased but in my own experience, women will have no problem taking a bigger dick. As he says it depends on different factors like how big or petite the woman is and her inside. And their preference. And most can also adapt. I think size queen territory starts around 9+ inches and 6.5+ girth. But I don't know..

As I have gone down the rabbit hole the past couple of months to study/research the sizes of male adult entertainment stars. I've come to realize that they aren't really THAT BIG as most people have been led to believe.

Maybe I will start hanging when I'm working from home from now of we'll see...

The Reality is in the Eye of the Beholder.

If you discover something new about something, or are experiencing something in your reality you will start to think that's the truth and the objective reality. And not a reality that's formed by the beholder of the reality, that is: You.

You will think it exist more of that in the reality, and you think this is the objective truth.
For example: You see a new car brand on advertisement on TV or something (for example: Tesla). Then you start to see all these cars all over the place, but before you didn't even knew about them, they weren't in your perception of reality. I think this is the basics of what happens to us.

We think every man out there have a 8" long penis for the reason that we interact with so many of them here on MOS. And we shape our reality based on that.

You're also spot on with the Imposter Syndrome. I really love learning about all cognitive biases and heuristics. It really fascinates me.
