You need to figure out where that blood came from. You might need to take a few days off.
I'm looking everywhere but I don't see from where it could have come from. I will listen to my body but if I'm feeling no pain I guess I should be good. Actually felt like a productive, expansive workout after all!
I had that initial thought as well. But it was 100% blood, confirmed. Maybe just some superficial blood that somehow got out? Is that common or happened to you? I will hit the bed for now I'll reply tomorrow, good night brothers!Or could it be rust from the rod on the pump? Just be observant.

Great newsReport from todays girth session: back in business and no complications what so ever!
I have not measured nor will I yet. If that's what you are asking. I plan on waiting to measure to at least januaryDepends...what are your results?
I journal my training right here in this thread. Before you change up on a routine you need the know the outcome to know whether or not the results have the positive expectations towards your PE goals. Otherwise, you're just shooting different types of arrows in the dark not knowing what arrow hit the target or not. That's why it's important to monitor and journal your progress; if you're serious about getting the results you want from PE training. All elite successful people keep a journal on their methods and techniques for their measurements in order to know if something is working or not and if they need to make any adjustments or complete changes to achieve their goals.
For myself, I measure every 28 days. So far, I been making progress with the same routine I started with. My next measurement is this coming Tuesday, 20-SEP-22. I will see if I continue with the same routine, or make adjustments to it.
I know, I read somewhere on this forum, only measure every 6 months. For me, that's too long to find out your routine was a failure.
Have you measured and checked progress or are you waiting longer?Update:
I've now completed 30 hours of the newbie length master routine. 60 mins a day for 30 days straight.
And also girth at night with SSJ, mityvac, 6x6x3 (+hardcore stretches, last pump set).
Apart from this I have been actively training for 4-5 months now.
Any suggestions on how/if I should update my routine guys? @DLD, @huge-girth
I literally had the same experience with the extender……I feel the pain dudeI journal my training right here in this thread.
And yes, that's exactly the point for me. This endeavour we're all on is very time consuming and I don't want poor results on a ruler to get me bummed out and lose momentum. Like it did for me 10 years ago when I used my f'kin extender 12 hours a day at maximum tension like a fucking madman and all I got was discoloration and 0 results. Back then measured every week and got huge distaste..
That's the question... I have not measured yet but I see small improvements on the ruler that's on the pump. My initial thought was to wait to january, maybe imma stick to that if I'm not persuaded otherwise!Have you measured and checked progress or are you waiting longer?
Yep.. I was not educated on the subject at all and I didn't know about this forum. I agree with you on that the marketing on extenders is straight out false marketing. Or for example the study phallosan did on their device they just cherry picked (1) patient in the whole study that had extraordinary results and then put his stats all over their website for you to think that's what everybody's gonna get....WoW... 12 hours a day at full tension. That's overkill; too much stress for too long of a period. It's counter-productive, but I don't need to tell you that. The problem I find with P-Extenders is the delusional expectations the vendors sell you on with, "gain an inch in one month"; it's unrealistic. There's a guy here, @fedora, who had success with a P-Extender, but it took him a few years to do it. Personally, I don't like P-Extenders, I don't want to be strapped down for 6-12 hours a day. I like to get in the gym, do my 45-60 minutes of PE training and get out.
I guess you mean Downward bundled + newbie routine? Or only downward bundle for 1 hour a day?I will switch over to Downward bundled stretches. They bring so much base girth.

Ya. When I started i thought all I had to do was wear the phallosan as long as I could cause the market it that way and they even warn you about not getting to the red. Turns out the device isn’t even strong enough. I finally learned about what active PE was the total man site and how the extenders are more anchors to let you heal elongated. It was backed up from what I read here and It honestly makes senseYep.. I was not educated on the subject at all and I didn't know about this forum. Also agree I like active training better but then there's the healing in the elongated state that's supposedly super important and can be tricky to get quality time elongated afterwards. Especially if you have an active everyday life

OK my focus is now on the downward bundle stretch and adding just a little mandingo stretches to hit some of the side ligs! You can choose to do only downward bundled stretches 20mins X 3.

YES SIR .. I do 15 min, detach for bloodflow a few mins, 15 min again, then rest a few hours elongated then do it again = 60 mins a day.If you can do both the down and dingo 20mins each plus Silistretcher 4 hours daily for the next 3 months.

At home, I actually wear my old Male Edge extender just because it's so fast and easy to attach and then Sili when I go outside, most of the time. How many hours daily have you been wearing the SIlistretcher?

8-10 hours a day.
Most of the hours, yes I do.. It’s in the Male Edge extender. It’s kind of broken but I have fixed it but it’s limited in how I can adjust tension because of it. I’ll attach pic below on the level I use it on8 to 10 hours daily holy Mary mother of God. I hope you are not staying on the same tension for the whole 8 to 10 hours?
So my flaccid is stretch to max when it’s on
No it’s kind of maxed stretched out, with the degree of tension so I need to take it off every 30 mins for blood flowOkay just normal flaccid stretch no increase in tension?

So it’s not overkill in your opinion?Okay sounds good.

SIR YES SIR
On the downward bundle stretch, my progession is now that I can do 3 rotations instead of 2!
Imma up the intensity OK! Should I use hyrdocortisone after both LM sessions everyday?
No use once after last session
Hey, difference in what way?Hey DLD have you heard of this stuff called Bio-Oil? I use it on the rest of my body and it seems to make a noticeable difference. Do you think it would be a good steroid-free substitute for hydrocortisone?
And how would you know if you got inflammation?I totally agree, you will only create unnecessary inflammation, which is the last thing you want when doing PE. Inflammation is usually a response triggered by damage to living tissues; keep it [inflammation] to the bare minimium.
No clue this is my first time hearing about itHey DLD have you heard of this stuff called Bio-Oil? I use it on the rest of my body and it seems to make a noticeable difference. Do you think it would be a good steroid-free substitute for hydrocortisone?

I have used it in the past thanks for reminding me. Imma try a bottle. I usually oil my dick up before bed to prevent drynessIt helps improve the look and health of the skin. Helps get rid of old scars and new scars alike. And it aids in healing stretch marks and such, which is good for me cuz I got a lot of loose skin from the weight loss. It's not like, a MIRACLE cure, but it works better than anything else I've tried. A 60ml bottle costs like 10 bucks and it'll last you months because you only need a few drops per application. I use one drop per arm, a couple on my belly and a couple on my back each morning. I read that the hydrocortizone is to prevent the penis from looking all ugly after a PE session so I wondered if maybe this stuff might do the same trick. Just worth mentioning. I'll put a few drops on after doing PE for a while and I'll see if it helps.
Thanks for your encouraging words brotherKeep up the good work brother.
When will we see updates from your training by the way?Keep up the good work brother.

In otherwords, you haven't been hitting the PE gym to do your PE traing in the past week.I've been absent for over 7 days now. I'm out of town.
