Motivation, rewards and breaks

Hello i am having serious problems getting into pe, i will start with a spurt of lots of motivation, do it for a week or so maybe more but then run out of steam and eventually loose my routine. I have been looking into all this on and off for ages, and have been trying to practice for awhile.

I believe one problem is i haven't been able to stick at it enough to see results to keep me going, but its not like i am not interested in doing this its just things happen and before you know it you've missed 4 sessions and your busy all night or whatever.

Another problem i find is with so little time alone and that time isn't routinely its different each week, i often have other things to do aswell, though i am currently thinking of spreading a routine so most can be done in the evening, when it is private enough.

The main problem i find is the breaks, i have heard its best to do atleast 2 days off each week, but the problem is that 2 days can easily become 3 then 4 then 5 then you've lost it. I don't really want to do it every day though because i dont wanna wear out things down there, and i think this also could be detriment to moral.

So what i am asking, is how do you guys solve these problems? what do you do to treat yourself if you do well or if you just do the routine? How can get over this initial hurdle and get to the gains?
 
Do them in the shower or somthing. Instead of taking a 10 minute shower every night take a 30 minute shower every night and bring some lotion with you. Plenty of alone time and its nice and hot so you got your blood flowing good. Plus it'll be a routine thing since hopefully you take showers daily.
 
I was really inconsistent (meaning I'd take weeks off at a time) as well for about a year and gained relatively nothing except better sex. I started again this past January and kept to it every day I could about 5 on 2 off (sometimes more) about an hour a day. Through a consistent routine, I have made gains. This is really important and it takes work, but you reap the benefits. You can go 7 on if you want too. Good luck.
 
hi, ive found that the more you dislike your routine the harder it is to stick to and the more days off you have. solution = find a routine you enjoy doing, that doesnt hurt or make you cringe at the thought of doing it again. the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] was hard for me to stick to as i found the stretches hurt, ive switched to hanging now and hardly ever miss a session. plus with hanging you can multitask, so it doesnt take much time out of your day.
 
When i am doing it i find that stretches go really quickly but jelqs can get annoying (plus sometimes cringy :P), i have been thinking of getting a pump for awhile now and i should be getting in some more money at the end of the month so maybe thats the answer as that seems to give long times not having to do too much. Splitting up i think might be good too aslong as i make sure i do them, plus the idea of the shower or bath seems pretty good, so maybe f i can implement these things it might be better.
